Within a three minute walk of Kiawah Island’s natural beaches, this West Beach Villa is an ideal location for your trip to Kiawah! The villa is also just around the corner from the new Cougar Point Clubhouse, a great place to grab a meal or a drink overlooking the 18th green. The villa is also just a three minute walk from the Kiawah Conference Center.

This one bedroom second floor villa offers a cathedral ceiling in the main room. It includes a screened in porch overlooking a private lagoon. The villa sleeps four people with a King size bed and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa is best suited for children. The bathroom was recently renovated and has a walk in shower. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen.

Kiawah Island offers the finest in golf, tennis, and natural beauty on the East Coast. Kiawah was rated the happiest seaside town for 2012 by Coastal Living magazine. Kiawah was voted #1 island by Conde Nast readers and Charleston was voted #1 city in America by Conde Nast for the fourth year in a row.
Kiawah Island has over 30 miles of bike trails, 10 miles of beaches (ranked in Dr. Beaches Top Ten for the last 10 years), 5 golf courses, including the Ocean Course home of the 1991 Ryder Cup, 2007 Senior PGA Championship, 2012 PGA Championship, and the 2021 PGA Championship. Great location for our purpose (we were there for a wedding). Unfortunately it rained the whole trip. That being said, we were unable to use the beach. Host had good communication, easy check in, clean unit. If I had to say a negative, it was we had difficulty working the tv. Honestly, I think the batteries may have been dead.

Peaceful Beach Getaway

This is our second year staying at this location. We love Kiawah Island primarily for its serenity. There is not the usual hustle and bustle of a beach town in Kiawah and this property fits perfectly into the island. With a secluded lagoon behind the unit wildlife is sure to be found! Definitely recommend.

Kiawah Getaway

We attended a wedding in Isle of Palms and we thought we’d take an extra couple of days in Kiawah to check out the island and take in the beach. This property served us well. Its location was wonderful, a 2 minute drive to the beach and convenient to restaurants and the supermarket.

As advertised villa in a great location on Kiawah Island. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host provided lots of island information including maps, which were very helpful. Cougar Point golf course was steps away and access to biking on the beach as well as trails was very convenient.
