Summary:
Welcome to Pedal Inn 1, where you can pedal out to the trail pathway around the corner. Coler is a 5 minute ride & Downtown Bentonville is a 14 minute bike ride. You have this whole house, 1050 square feet of coziness, to yourself plus a ATTACHED GARAGE for bike storage! 3 bedrooms(king, queen & 2 twin beds), 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, 2 smart TV's to watch your own apps, washer/dryer, patio & privacy fenced backyard. Friendly dogs are welcome with a $30 per night per pet fee. Dogs must be approved before booking. Unregistered pets or guests will be a $500 fee per pet/person.

3 bedrooms with 4 total beds, 2 full baths and a garage to store your bikes. Full kitchen.

Message me before you book w/# of pets and breed. Some breeds are not allowed. Each pet is $25 per night. Monthly fee $250 per pet per month.
$50 fee for not cleaning up after your pet. What brings you to our town? Provide first/last names of ALL guests. Any unregistered guest is $50/night
NO SMOKING OR VAPING in/outside. Children are welcome but the home is not childproof. Check in info will be emailed 3 days prior to check in.
