Whether you are an outdoors person like myself or someone who enjoys the arts and dining scene, there is something for everyone. We have enjoyed hosting guests in the short time we have been doing it and love providing guests with recommendations on hidden gems across the area.

Why they chose this property

Bella Vista is an amazing town, it started out as primarily a retirement community with a bunch of lakes and golf course and other amenities. But as NWA has grown, Bella Vista has adapted and now offers something for everyone. You still have the lakes and golf courses but now you have more parks, pools and miles and miles of walking and bike trails for everyone to enjoy. We chose this particular neighborhood to open our rental due to its proximity to these amenities including the brand new OZ gravity bike park with the state's first bike chair lift.

What makes this property unique

This house is brand new construction so when we purchase the house, we started with a blank slate. We love the travel ourselves and over the years, we have taken note of what we liked in a rental house and tried to apply these to our house. We also didn't skimp when it comes to furnishing the house, all the furnishing our brand new. We have tried to stock the kitchen with everything that could be needed included an espresso machine, blender, crockpot, rice cooker and food processor.
