Beautifully remodelled condo with new coastal furnishings just steps to the pool and deeded beach access! Emerald Waters condos are in a low-density, quiet building with ample parking! Emerald Waters condos are located next to the Frangista Beach community in Miramar Beach, FL. While staying at Emerald Waters, you'll be walking distance to Pompano Joes (7 minutes), Whales Tail (10 minutes), Bad Ass Coffee, Emerald Coast Winery, Pascalli Kitchen, Dairy Queen, and Paradise Found Souvenir Shop are all just a 4 minute walk away! Guests at Emerald Waters can enjoy a community swimming pool, hot tub, grilling area, and a deeded beach access!

This is unit 202 on the second floor. The living room has a brand new Queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv, and access to the balcony overlooking the swimming pool! The swimming pool is heated from the week of Christmas through mid April. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal for nights when you feel like staying in. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed with a flat screen tv. The master bath has a dual sink vanity and shower tub/combo. The second bedroom has twin over queen bunk with twin trundle and the second bathroom has a tiled tub/shower combo. There is a table with seating for four on the balcony. The condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet which is on a secure network.

We have been coming to this beach for over 20 years and have stayed at many different places between Destin and PCB and Miramar Beach and this low density condo directly across from the beach is by far the best place we have ever stayed! Condo is beautifully renovated with the prettiest views and has everything you need! You can see the water from your room and that's a hard find at this price! Extremely pet friendly and accommodating! Plan to come back here any time we come to the beach! Price can't be beat for this area and directly across from beach!

Excellent property!!! The condo is big enough to accommodate up to 8 people. It is very clean and the location is unbeatable!!! One of the TVs wasn’t working, we emailed the owner and they installed a new TV almost immediately!I highly recommend this property!!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect with a short walk across the street to the beach, or a walk downstairs to the pool. It was perfect for our family!

Beach stay

The unit was very clean and location was great for accessing the beach with young kids. We didn't realise the beach access had stairs though. Our kiddos had a blast and the space gave them lots of room to have fun. My five yr old loved the room she stayed in and the property was very peaceful.

Great location!

No issues with our recent trip. Condo was nice and clean! The building itself could use some updating and cleaning, but this particular condo was well kept. Easy check in and the best location. Close to the beach, Alvin's, Pompano Joe's, and Bad Ass coffee. Pet friendly was a huge plus!

Perfect location and clean

This rental was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. All four of my kids ages 2-11 loved the condo and slept great. The location to the beach could not have been any better. Less than five minutes and your feet were in water. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great Vacation Property

This property was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and right across from the beach. I would highly recommend this condo for any family, as one bedroom had a king and its own bathroom. The other bedroom had bunk beds with a twin bed on top, full on bottom, as well as a full trundle bed on the bottom and had a full bathroom with a connecting door. Additionally, the couch was a pullout as well.

Family trip!

We enjoyed the condo and pool. It’s easy to access the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Which says a lot for us. Cheese grater, check. Blender, check. Sharp knives, check. Good egg pan, check! Beds were super comfy. We would definitely come back!

Spring Break April 2025

This unit is clean and nicely furnished. There is a gate with code across the street, very handy access to beach! There is construction on other side of the building, which is not heard from this unit but is seen from parking lot and pool area. Likely due to weather, wifi knocked out for 2 days, but mgmt was quick to respond and troubleshoot the issue. Fridge was not making ice entire week, but again mgmt was quick to be on site to address when we reported it. Overall, it was a good visit and stay in Miramar Beach area. (P.S. Walk up to Fat Clemenza’s for yummy Italian!)

Absolutely amazing vacation!

We have been visiting Destin for over ten years now and I feel confident in saying that this stay was PERFECT! The location of the property, the property itself, the pool, and the location of the beach were all exactly what we were hoping for. The unit itself has everything a family of four needed for the week and it was beautifully decorated! We took our two dogs with us too and even though the unit was on the second floor, it was not a big deal at all taking them outside. Also, we even tried a new place to eat that was less than a block from the condo. Without a doubt, we would stay there again in the future.

10 day vacay

First time at this property. Condo was very clean and nice. Only problems were the outdoor light didn't work which made it hard to type in code to unit. And the jacuzzi tub in master was damaged so wasn't able to use. I let you know about the issues and got immediate response but nothing was done while we were there. We love the area and have stayed in many different locations. We will definitely consider this unit in the future.

Great condo, great location!

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks in January to February. We had a great time there. It is located near all kinds of shopping that you might need, and if you can't find it here, you probably don't need it anyway. Across the street is the beach which it has easy access. You can see the Gulf from the unit, so you can see if you would like to venture to the beach, or if it is rough waves. For those that are working remote, the Internet connection is very fast (over 100 MB) and never had a problem with it going down or locking us out. I especially liked the location, as it has access to a National Seashore, about 20+ Florida State Parks, National and State Forests, as well as Wildlife Management area and preserves. All within about an hour and 30 minutes drive from this location. If you like walking, the walkway right out the door is the Destin Boardwalk trail, that is a 10.2 miles long. This is a popular trail for birding, running, and walking, and biking. We never went the entire 10 miles but it was very convenient to have it right out the door and could walk it as much as we liked. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a fantastic area and beautiful beach getaway.

Needs Improvement

Our stay was wonderful. However, during our stay, we had to go behind the cleaning crew, which is sad. There were several dishes with cooked food left over in them. There was several glassware that had residue left in them. There was no attention to detail when it came to the cleanliness of this unit from the dish ware, to the floors, to the showers. Despite having to do some cleaning when we arrived our stay was wonderful. We would just recommend better attention be taken to cleanliness when there are multiple guest booked back to back. Couple of things to note around the grounds, the gates do not work. The code wasn’t even needed as the gate could just be pushed right open into the pool from the beach. We noticed several non-residents coming on to the grounds during our stay due to the lack of maintenance. None of these things will detour us from considering staying with you all again, just some things that need to be noted to bring attention to. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this property. The cleanliness was outstanding. Check in and check out was a breeze. It was not over crowded at the pool nor the beach. It was literally just steps away. Loved it and will be back!
