This awesome first-floor condo on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach is only 75 steps to the beach, 25 steps to the pool and spa. Close restaurants like Pompano Joes, the Whales Tail and great spots for morning coffee are within easy walking distance.

This beautifully furnished and decorated 2BR/2BA condo has gated beach access for Emerald Waters residents and guests only. A bedroom pictured here is what one of the 2 bedrooms will look like and includes custom built bunk beds!!

My family and I have been loving Destin/ Miramar area for years now. We introduced this area to our friends the Carroll's and they fell in love too. It only made sense to buy a place down here and share with others the experience of "the beach life". Dave and I have been best buds for years and we couldn't wait to make the moves to make this happen. We hope you enjoy as much as we do and fall in love with the area and condo the same way we did.

Why they chose this property

This condo offered everything we needed. Ground floor unit 2 bed and 2 bath with plenty of space for families to enjoy without having to climb stairs or take an elevator.

What makes this property unique

The pool and spa are perfect! So close to everything there is to enjoy like the beach and all the restaurants, shops and golf!
