For clarification, Maravilla 1108 is described as a ground-floor condo with peek-a-boo Gulf views and private beach access just across the street. The condo itself is not advertised as beachfront. The “beachfront” wording in the listing refers specifically to Resort Pool #1, which is located on the beach side of the property. We always want our listing details to be as clear and transparent as possible so guests know exactly what to expect before arriving, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this. That’s not the experience we want for our guests, and we’ll be addressing those items with our team to ensure everything is properly cleaned, inspected, and fully functional prior to arrival. During the stay, our team responded to assist with the lock concern and also serviced the beeping smoke detector as quickly as possible. While on-site, we became aware that a dog was present that had not been included on the reservation at the time of booking. For the safety of our guests, properties, and HOA requirements, all pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, and any applicable pet fees must be paid. We always strive to be transparent with our policies and responsive when issues arise, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist during your stay. Thank you again for visiting.
