About this property

Spectacular Ocean-View Home /1 minute walk to beach

This is a 3 story custom home in a beautiful hammock of beach homes. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with a wonderful bonus room with spectacular ocean views. There are many rooms in this home with great ocean views. There is a 2-car garage with partial area set up for lounging. It is located 300 ft from the ocean.
We have provided boogie boards, paddle boards, bikes and lots of beach Toys for the little ones. There are beach umbrellas and several beach chairs for lounging on the beach.

The Orlando theme parks are an easy 1.5 hour drive away. All the Disney Parks, Sea World, and Universal Studios just to name a few.

Daytona is just 1/2 hour south for all the Nascar race fans.

Jacksonville's World Golf Village is 45 minutes North of this home.

There is a wonderful boat ramp a short 2 miles down A1A on the intracoastal waterway called 'Bing's Landing' There 's no charge for launching your boat and there is a nice picnic area as well as, fishing, playground. and restuarant.

The Country's 'Oldest City'- St. Augustine is less than 1/2 hour away. There are many Historic sites to see. In addition, this is a wonderful place to enjoy dinner and a movie, or a live theatre show.

A short 3 miles from this home is ' Marineland', the nation's oldest dolphin observatory where you can swim with the dolphins. There are 90 acres of sea preserve to explore.

Perfect for Daytona race weekend

We traveled down for the Dayton NASCAR race weekend and this is was great location to stay. It wasn’t too far of a drive to Daytona and everything was perfect for our family of 4 adults. We will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Beach Relaxing after 4 days of Universal and Disney

Needed some down time after being at amusement parks for 4 days. This is a perfect location with easy beach access and quiet neighborhood. This is our 3rd time staying and have enjoyed it every time.

Great Family Beach Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location was fantastic, the house was very clean, the kitchen well stocked and there were all of the beach chairs, toys & towels a family could ever need. Perfect family beach getaway!

Had the best time at this home for a week at the beach with family. Kitchen had all utensils and amenities you could ever need. Plenty of beach toys for kids (& adults, lol) to have fun at beach. Grocery stores and restaurants close by if you don’t wanna go far and just be a beach bum! Thanks Rhonda for a great family vacation.

This location was chosen by my Mom, who was able to see the beauty and the serenity this community offers. People are warm and welcoming. Watching the sunrise over the ocean in the early morning will surely renew your spirit in all that is beautiful and magical. With so many world class attractions a stones throw away, you feel as though you have your own private resort home in this beautiful community of beach homes.

What makes this property unique

We love all the water sports close at hand. We also love to go into St. Augustine to enjoy dinner or browse the historic sites and shops. Hiking and biking along the many trails of coastline are a favorite pastime as well. Although the home is located about 300 ft. from the ocean, the Intra-coastal Waterway is within a short walk or bike ride.
