Our large and cozy bedroom, which is exactly the right place for romantic hours for two, ensures romance and tranquility. You will find pleasure and fun in our kitchen, where you can easily conjure up a 3-course menu for your loved ones. With high-quality kitchen appliances and a large selection of cooking equipment, every menu is child's play. The dishwasher does the dishes in no time. Our great living room is flexible and comfortable, which can be converted into another bedroom for four more people. With a fold-away bed and an extraordinary sofa bed, you have 4 more full beds available in which you really feel really comfortable.
Our spacious bathroom offers all guests the right feel-good effect for both a short and a long stay. The living room with access to the balcony seduces you into sociable evenings with a glass of Moselle wine.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden! Sauber, komplett ausgestattet, geräumig, gute Lage zum Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einziger negativer Punkt war der dazugehörige Parkplatz. Wir haben ihn nicht genutzt, da darüber ein Apfelbaum war und das Fallobst sicherlich das Fahrzeug beschädigt hätte . Das Ein- und Ausparken bzw. Manövrieren auf dem sehr kleinen Schotterplatz war ausserdem durch weitere dort geparkte Fahrzeuge sehr erschwert. Ein Parkplatz in der Nähe im öffentlichen Parkraum ist nur schwer zu finden.

Die Lage der FeWo in der Altstadt ist eigentlich nicht zumutbar. Für das Auto findet man keinen Parkplatz! Der Schotter Parkplatz 300 m entfernt, Nr 1 ist, wenn dort mehrere Autos parken, nur unter Schwierigkeiten einzuparken. Unsere mitgebrachten E bikes am Haus abzustellen, vor dem Haus geht gar nicht. Über den Flur, über mehrere Stufen zu heben und um scharfe Ecken herum, ein Unding. Gesamturteil: Die Wohnung an sich geht so, aber das ganze drumherum ist grausam.

War mittelmäßig.6 Betten sind angegeben.Aber eine Ausziecouch, welche wackelt wie ein Trampolin (lässt den Nachbarn bei jeder Bewegung mithüpfen) ersetzt kein Bett. Die anderen beiden Schrankbetten waren OK.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war sehr angenehm. Es ist eine schöne,gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer schönen Lage. Die Busverbindung ist sehr gut ,die Innenstadt ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Herr Pascher ist immer sofort für uns dagewesen.

Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist von der Ausstattung her sehr gut. Für 2 Personen eher zu groß. Für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern passend. Allerdings sollte man nicht in den Backofen oder unter die Dunstabzughaube schauen 🙈 Ich würde dort kein Menü kochen wie in der Beschreibung so schön beschrieben. Der Balkon läd genauso wenig zum verweilen ein wie der „ verwunschene“ Garten. In der Nachbarschaft scheint es einen Jugend Treff zu geben der nicht nur am Wochenende gut besucht wird und für erheblichen Geräusch Pegel sorgt. Wir würden die Wohnung leider nicht wieder buchen.

Die Fewo entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen.Da alles bestens organisiert war,gab es überhaupt keine Probleme. Vorhandensein der Nespresso-Maschine sollte mitgeteilt werden,dann muss man die Reisemaschine nicht einpacken.

Gute Lage, saubere Wohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche, Kommunikation mit Herrn Pascher läuft einwandfrei. Auschecken-Zeit um 10 Uhr ist ein bisschen früh, aber auch kein großes Problem! Insgesamt sind wir glücklich mit der Wohnung und haben eine schöne Zeit da verbracht. :)

Schöne Wohnung in Trier

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Herr Pascher hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Z.B. Wir brauchten einen Hochstuhl für unser Baby und diesen wurde uns am gleichen Tag zur Verfügung gestellt. Parkplatz findet man sehr einfach in der Nähe der Wohnung und zu Fuß braucht man ca. 15 Minuten zur Stadtzentrum. Ich empfehle die Wohnung und würde nochmal zurückkommen.

Insgesamt war alles stimmig. Die Lage ist etwas verbaut mit schlechter Parkmöglichkeit da man Lebensmittel und Gepäck aufladen muss. Einzig allein die Abreiseuhrzeit kann ich bemängeln. Da ich sehr reiseerfahren bin ist 10h morgens viel zu früh. Wir reden hier von Ferienwohnung. Da würde man schon noch gerne ausschlafen und frühstücken was aber bei den Vorgaben des Vermieters nicht möglich ist wenn man nicht schon um 7h aufstehen will. 11h bzw. 12h sind die normalen Checkout Zeiten in Hotel und Ferienwohnungen
