HOLIDAY APARTMENT ON THE FOREST 3

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:

The apartment is located in a holiday home on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (height above sea level 680m). The house is very quiet, is mainly used by the owners and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac directly at the forest. It is a 5-minute walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski run. Go to the center of town
in about 12-15 minutes.

FURNISHING :

The approx. 60m² large, sunny apartment with balcony was completely and extensively renovated and refurbished in 2018 and is very comfortable and cozy. In addition to a bedroom and an additional children's bedroom with bunk beds, there is an additional sleeping option in the living room on the pull-out sofa. In the living room there is a dining area by the window.
A large electric fireplace with panoramic picture is mounted on the wall, the high-quality large LED flat-screen TV is equipped with 3-D function (please bring your own 3-D glasses!).
The kitchen is completely new and equipped with a dishwasher. The modern bathroom has a large shower with glass partition, hanging toilet and vanity and a towel radiator.

OUTDOORS:

The large garden with lawn can be shared by the guests. A barbecue area is currently being set up. There is a parking space in front of the house - the apartment also has a garage.

We offer a bread delivery service.

Complete and clean appartment. Great area for hikes and within reasonable distance from interesting villages. The appartment was clean and well equiped. The bathroom may be a bit tight for larger persons. We loved the stay !

Die Servicekraft vor Ort ist Gold Wert. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Dennoch befindet sich Schimmel in den Fugen des Fensterkits der Küche und auf dem Rollo. Das Fenster muss unbedingt getauscht werden. Das Schlafzimmerfenster ist am besten. Der Kamin brummt furchtbar, was jede Romantik kaputt macht. Die Kinderzimmer und Schlafzimmertüren sind verzogen. Es gibt offenbar ein Lüftungsproblem in der Wohnung. Das Wasser läuft aus der Duschtasse. Die Dichtungen unten fehlen gut 10cm!

Erholung pur. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkte für Wanderungen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wie auf dem Foto, einfach schön. Wir haben sogar den Fuchs gesehen. Die Entfernung zu St. Andreasberg ist mit dem Auto kein Problem. Dort bekommt man Köstliches vom Bäcker unddas Notwendige im kleinen Supermarkt. Insgesamt für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub, ankommen, wohlfühlen und entspannen.

Super erholsam, ruhig und einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erkunden und zu sehen. Im Winter mit Schnee herrlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch zu einer anderen Jahreszeit.

Viel besser geht's nicht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, die Betten sind super-bequem! W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei und auch sonst ist an Alles gedacht. Zudem wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und sowohl An- als auch Abreise waren von Vermieterseite sehr flexibel und unkompliziert

Die Wohnung war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alles was man zum Urlaub für eine Woche braucht,war vorhanden. Wir haben schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen übernachtet.Diese war eine der Besten. Sie war ruhig und trotzen zentral gelegen. Diese Unterkunft kann ich mit rihigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll ansprechend eingerichtet und hell und sauber. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Der Balkon ist Klasse,mit Fernblick. Internet hat super geklappt. Unser Ansprechpartner war bei Fragen gut erreichbar. Haus liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub dort verbracht. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen,2 Bäcker und einige Restaurants.
