Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at one of our Coral Ridge Pads! We offer easy keyless self check-in, a beautiful heated (November-March) pool, free and easy parking, an updated kitchen and bathroom, free washer and dryer, WiFi, ... plus this is close to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer!!! Better than a hotel...

You won't be disappointed with your choice when you pull up and see our courtyard pool and upgraded building! There are only three apartments at this property so rent them all and invite your friends!

This is a completely private apartment. You will be the only guest with access. The outdoor sitting area and pool is open to all three apartments in the building.

We are always available through the Airbnb website and app! We have tried to automate as much of the process as possible. However, we are locals and love to give recommendations!

We always recommend Uber if you don't have a car. It's extremely reliable, affordable and fast for pick up anywhere in South Florida. This building is also one block from a main road with bus service to Fort Lauderdale.

Spacious

For a 1 bedroom, this place is spacious. Easy checkin-in. Very clean & equipped kitchen for all your needs. Easy short drive to the beach or stay & utilize the pool & lounge chairs right outside your door. Would recommend.

Toxic Water Issue

Unfortunately one of us contracted e coli from the water in the house. Thank GOD we had a DR visit reserved for our return home. There were no symptoms. Given Florida has the nation's harshest water, it would be wise to test the water supply at each house before they are allowed to rent for such rates.

One week stay

The place was really clean. Not the best neighborhood but pretty close to a lot of places we wanted to see and experience. The apartment could use attention to details that would have made our stay a bit more comfortable. Over all it was a good place to get some rest before a day of activity.

Great getaway!

Beautiful Property

We stayed here for a few days before our cruise so we could explore Fort Lauderdale. This place is amazing! Very clean and comfortable! The pool was an added bonus! We had a fantastic time here! Property managers were very quick to respond to all of my questions as well. Awesome experience start to finish!!

Close to the Beach

We chose this place for it's location to the beach. It was just a short drive. The place was quite and spacious, close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Ok, but a few things I'd change

This is a beautiful place and the pool was great. I would say that the cleaning could have been a little better. The throw rugs in the bathroom & kitchen were extremely dirty. The fitted sheet on the bed was stained. The floors didn't seem to be that clean & there should be window covering on the door in the kitchen that goes out back. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, which really want enough & I felt like there could have been a few more towels also. Like I said it's a beautiful place, the pool was lovely. Also would have been a nice thing to have maybe a couple pool noodles & am umbrella on the outside table. These are just some suggestions that might make the stay more comfortable for future guests.

Would definitely stay again!

It was great for our needs. My husband's niece used the kitchen to make lunch for herself while we were at a football game and had everything she needed. There is a dishwasher, but we didn't see any dishwasher detergent, so we had to wash by hand, which wasn't a big deal because there weren't many dishes (we would have asked if we were staying longer/making more meals). The kitchen is huge and has lots of storage for a long stay. More towels would have been helpful. There were only 2 beach towels but 3 of us using the pool. There were bare minimum for the bathroom, which was fine, but it's nice to have a couple extras. There were plenty of blankets and sheets (my husband's niece said the sofa bed was comfortable). The WiFi was very slow which would be a problem if you wanted to stream or if you were working (we didn't need either). I ended up switching back to data because the Verizon signal is great. The location was close to a lot of things we wanted to do. The food choices were great. The beach is a 5 minute drive. It was easy to find with GPS. Very secure. The AC gets cold! As Midwesterners visiting Florida, it was very appreciated! Hosts were responsive and accommodated our last minute change of adding a person.

great place

Very nice place about 7 minute drive to the beach! My only complaint was that the remote was very sticky and had not been cleaned and there was a towel with heavy makeup stains on it. These were minor things and does not keep me from giving this place 5 stars. I would stay here again in the future for sure
