About this property
Walk-to-Ski Old Town Apartment
Four doors up from Main Street, you`ll be easy walking distance to the town, the slopes, and everything Old Town has to offer. Added onto one of Park City`s historic miner homes, Unit C is a walk-out basement with a separate entrance and ample privacy.
The space
This is a walk-out basement addition to one of Park City`s original miner cottages. You may hear some noise from above (e.g. squeaky floorboards), so if you`re especially sensitive to noise, you may want to book another place.
This rental comes with a dedicated covered parking spot (the one closest to the basement door). That said, we recommend using Uber/Lyft/Taxi. It`s an easy trip from the airport and the home is so close to everything that you really don`t need a car – and on snowy days you won`t want one:)
This apartment is right in Old Town, just a two-minute walk to Historic Main Street. The building is nestled in historic Woodside Canyon, a stone`s throw from Park City Mountain Resort.
You can access Park City`s citywide free bus system just a short walk away. The free Main Street Trolley stops four doors down and goes straight to the Town Lift. Or, you can take the short 5-minute walk right to the Quitin` Time ski run at Park City Mountain Resort.
Since there`s another rental above you, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.

About the host
Hosted by Kevin Knight
Hi, we're the Knights. We hope you enjoy your time in Park City as much as we do.
We bought the Mary Shea House — along with the annex nextdoor — in 2020.
Built in the late 1880s, the Mary Shea House is one of the oldest surviving homes in Park City. The original owners were the Sheas — Jerome, Mary, Cornelius, and William. Not long after they moved in, Jerome died of miner's lung. Mary raised her two boys here and became a key figure in Old Town life.
After William passed away in 1960, the house was sold and then sold again in the 1970s to the family who built the annex. We bought the house from that family and see ourselves as caretakers of this little piece of Park City History.
