Slope side top floor (3rd Floor) Park City Mountain Resort condo. Ski-in/ski-out with views of the slopes from your balcony. 2 bedroom/2 bath sleeps 8 (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, and sofa bed).

Fully stocked kitchen with granite counters (dishes/utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, Keurig, tea kettle, blender, toaster, crock pot and more). Beautiful slate tiled entry and gas fireplace.

Large flat screen TV in living room and additional flat screens in each bedroom.
Free Wi-Fi and cable and underground parking. Laundry facilities located on same floor as unit.

Numerous on site amenities including hot tubs, indoor/outdoor heated pool, fitness center, sauna and steam room.

Convenience to restaurants, pubs, shops, and ice rink all at your doorstep as well as the free city shuttle bus which will take you to all Park City venues.
Just added AC to the condo! Great place to get away for the weekend! Great Biking ~hiking~outdoor concerts!

Property location was perfect. My kids loved having their own bedroom upstairs. They also loved the hot tubs. We had to walk to the other building for the big indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs, but if it was too cold we would have been fine with the indoor hot tub in our building. The unit was well equipped and owner was helpful and responsive.

This clean condo was in a perfect location for ski in/out activities and close to downtown for dining and shopping. Well stocked kitchen and easy communication with host made this a very enjoyable and easy stay.

In the middle of Park City village and just a few steps from the lifts. Perfect location for a family of five who love skiing. Very comfortable and well furnished condo that suited our needs perfectly.

Great place and Excellent location!

I took a fairly last-minute trip to PC and this place was way better than I would’ve expected on short notice. Super clean/updated, steps to the Payday and Crescent lifts, rentals, shops, and Apres ski right downstairs. Communication was excellent. I’ll likely be back next year.

Nice personal attention from the owner. Loved the kitchen - great pans. Deck was very pleasant with our spring skiing days. Worked well for our group of 3 guys.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay. Fully furnished , clean. Great location . Easy access to ski lifts, bus stop , restaurants , shops . Host was very nice and attentive. Left my ski jacket and was sent back to me . Will definitely rent again.

Perfect Location!!

Couldn't be a better location. Especially with kids and all of their ski gear! Was able to run downstairs for coffee each morning and ski school was basically attached to the building. Super easy to hop on the shuttle bus and go to Main Street for dinner and shopping. Could probably use an update of linens and more towels in the bathrooms, but overall can't wait to stay there again!

This property is as close to the lifts as you can get. You are closer than the buses drop off. Very convenient. The hot tub wasn’t working on the floor but one downstairs was working.

This unit is incredibly convenient for Park city Mountain skiing. It’s a true ski and ski out. For the amount charged, it’s a very good valueThe unit fit our family of four comfortably. My preteen kids could ski on their own and come up whenever they got tired.The kitchen was newly remodeled and stunning. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but I suspect will be next on their list.The beds are incredibly comfortableA few things to note:- there is no in unit laundry - there’s coin laundry down the hall (only two units for the entire building, although I never had a problem getting an open machine)- There’s no separate ski lockers for this unit (we’ve stayed in other similar units with a hallway locker). It was fine. We just stored our skis (after drying them) in the master closet.Overall, for the cost, this was a great experience

Awesome property - would definitely rent again! Just steps from skiing and the bus (Park City’s bus system is incredible). Exactly as advertised, responsive host, and everything you need for a stay in the mountains.
