This open air design let's in the fresh mountain climate with plenty of comfortable places to enjoy the company of your family, friends, or group.. Foodies will love the terrace kitchen/bar w/ pizza oven, smoker, and grill. The kids can play in the park and there's wonderful walks and hikes in the surrounding coffee fincas that encircle the community.
The town is adorable and just a short walk away, but the mini-market inside the gated community has a fabulous selection of everything you might need, including meat, cheeses, veggies, staples, snacks, and beer, wine, and liquor.
You'll be basking in luxury at a fraction of Antigua hotel prices, while enjoying the tranquility free from honking busses and speeding motos. Everything is cheaper and less touristy, making the short drive to Antigua an easy compromise.
The R14 brewery is just up the road and has live music, amazing food, and a selection of micro-brews that well recieved throughout Central America.
The house is a perfect home base to visit Antigua, Guatemala City, Lake Attitlan, the coast, or even El Salvador.

I remodel houses in Lake Tahoe, CA and finally got myself a piece of beautiful Guatemala and my favorite thing to do is share it with people.
Why they chose this property
This property is the most comfortable way to view Volcan Fuego's consistent eruptions. At night the view of the Volcan is a spectacular show of light and soft rumbles or the clacking of volcanic ejecta tumbling down the distant volcano face. The upstairs pizza kitchen bar is the most stylish way to view the Volcano in the area.
What makes this property unique
The gated community is refreshingly calm and tranquil and with wonderful places for kids to play. The store located inside the community has everything you need and makes shopping a breeze for our guests. Local pizza, chicken, tacos etc all deliver to the house.
