Welcome to Gut Pfaffenlehen! You will live on the entire ground floor (120 sqm) of a detached house in a wonderful natural setting, with a large terrace with fine lounge furniture and then a fenced garden of around 400 sqm with a barbecue area, for sole use!
On the first floor there is another smaller apartment (60 sqm) and the apartment of the caretaker couple.
The apartment and the entire house are newly renovated and furnished to a very high standard. It offers three double bedrooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, stove with ceramic hob, large fridge, microwave, kettle, toast, coffee machine etc., a spacious hall with a wood-burning stove for a romantic atmosphere in winter, and a high-quality bathroom with Bathtub, double washbasin and lots of storage space, a separate toilet with hand washbasin and an approx. 35 sqm living room with dining area, elegant leather sofa, large satellite TV, games, books etc. and a breathtaking view of the mountain landscape.
The beautifully planted garden with barbecue area and grill is only available to you. Outside the house there is a spacious children's playground with swings, slide, climbing hut and seesaw.
On the large terrace with high-quality lounge furniture and large awning, you can have breakfast or dinner outdoors in spring and summer. Or relax in the comfortable sun loungers.
The holiday home is located on our Pfaffenlehen estate in a secluded location, which consists of a riding stable, home, our villa and your house. The entire park-like area with about 10 hectares is fenced. This is followed by our own forest, in which there are wonderful walks. Hiking trails lead around the estate, also ideal for walking your dogs.
At the horse farm on the estate there are riding possibilities on a school horse for children and adults. Riding lessons can be arranged with the riding instructor upon arrival. We ask you to discuss the possible availability with the riding instructor.
The house is 9 km from the spa town of Bad Reichenhall, world famous for its brine and thermal baths, and 11 km from Berchtesgaden with the famous salt mine, Königssee and Watzmann. The World Heritage Site Salzburg is 30 minutes away by car. Enjoy a stroll through the historic old town with its cozy cafes and elegant shops and Salzburg's unique international flair.
