Step into this newly built home away from home in the wonderful forest of the Black Hills! Hideaway Haven is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath dream home set within the newest subdivision in the area, Powder House Pass. You'll have plenty of space to feel like your alone in the woods, but still be close to all the local amenities you come to the Black Hills to enjoy - ATV/snowmobile trails, Terry Peak and Deer Mountain, Deadwood and Lead, and only a short 40 minute drive to Mount Rushmore and all the fun of the Central Black Hills!

This new property boasts a sprawling deck, a gas fire-pit within the table on the deck for those cool Black Hills nights, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and multiple fireplaces to kick your feet up at. There are 5 total bedrooms - two with king beds, two with queen beds, two full size and one twin bed in another. There's also a loft with a seating area. Last but not least, there's a two car garage to bring your toys and enjoy some protection after a long day on the trails. It's the best of all worlds! The property also have several smart TVs with high speed internet to enjoy those cooler nights in watching movies with your family. You also get access to the local clubhouse which includes a shuffleboard table, pool table, heated pool open all year, and propane fire pit. With all these amenities you'll be hard pressed to find a better cabin!

If you bring your ATV's, the trail system is within riding distance from the property, and you can ride them over to Recreational Springs just a short drive down the road. You'll be within minutes of Deer Mountain and Terry Peak, and in 10 short minutes you can be gambling in Deadwood! The South end of Spearfish Canyon can be accessed at Cheyenne Crossing just a short 5 minute drive from the property. If you want to see the great places of the Central Black Hills, Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park are only 40 minutes South of the property on a pleasant drive through the hills. Long weekend getaway

Great location, close to Lead/Deadwood, which was very nice! The cabin was very nice, clean and well stocked. Kids enjoyed the games at the cabin and in the clubhouse during the evenings. Hope to return someday!

Annual Friend Getaway

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our group. We had a wonderful time and the location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do. We took advantage of the Community building, which was very well maintained, clean and the grounds were so pretty. Loved seeing the wildlife and the beautiful scenery. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing getaway, this is the place for just that.

Family Black Hills Getaway

Great property for a large family get together. Each family had their own space/bathroom and the kids could share the bedroom with bunks comfortably. The hot tub was a great feature on the cool nights. We enjoyed the common pool area as well and a plus was it was heated to a comfortable temperature given the cooler temps. Beautiful home and excellent location.

This is a great home! Loved the decor and floor plan. Location was perfect for our group of side by side riders. Three trucks and trailers just fit. The hot tub was awesome and we enjoyed all the comforts of home that were provided with the house. Budi was fantastic to work with.

Family reunion

This vacation property worked well for family reunion, everyone was able to have their own space when needed abd gather on the huge outdoor deck for games, social time , hot tubbing and deer watching. The development had community building with swimming pool which children enjoyed. The neighborhood was great for walking and the mickelson trail was accessible for walking. Lead deadwood are close for grocery shopping and restaurants This rental worked great for our needs in the northern black hills area. Bobbies is great ice cream shop outside leAd.

Motorcycle Vacation 2023

7 Harley's and 9 people. We rode all over the Black Hills. The house was perfect. The Hot Tub was amazing. Plenty of space for 4 couples and a solo. Lots of fun sitting around at night talking, playing cards or other board games. Weather was perfect. Will go back again. Budi is great. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. This is a really nice place, highly recommend.

Wonderful Property

This property was exactly as advertised. It was absolutely beautiful and the perfect set-up for two families. The kids had the run of the lower level and the adults had plenty of privacy between the main-level master and the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen was well-appointed and there were plenty of extras throughout the house - towels, bedding, TP, dishwasher and washer pods, etc. There was even an extra propane tank for the grill or fire table if needed (which we did). The house was in a great neighborhood, really close to hiking/ATV trails. While it was a bit of a hike to Rapid City and the sights, the distance was well worth it to be out of town, in a beautiful area surrounded by lots of outdoor activities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

All of the dishes that were supposedly clean, though, were caked in food and had to be rewashed before using. The internet did not work and we had to replace batteries in fireplace remotes that did not work.Outside of those minor items, it was a nice place to stay and allowed our entire family to gather together.
