A lovely house with a few hiccups

The house is wonderful and beautifully decorated. The outside is very deceiving because it looks so much smaller than it really is. It held all 11 of us comfortably. There were a few hiccups though but messages were responded to pretty quickly. One thing I would say is the cleaning could have been a little more thorough in some areas of the house. If I had one suggestion it would be to maybe consider a mini fridge upstairs for drinks.

Great property-needs a little attention

We stayed as a multi-generational family of 8 adults and 5 littles (ages 1-5). Great pool, floor layout, fun kids rooms, washer and dryer worked great, safe neighbourhood, nice resort facilities- kids loved the splash pad! Prior to stay communication was great. Our first world complaints are as follows: After arrival when we tried emailing photos of our concerns-crickets. I called given M-F number 2x to confirm email address. Outside table was unusable due to failure of legs. This was a disappointment as it was unsafe and unusable our entire stay. Dishwasher worked sporadically. Outside irrigation was broken and would spray loudly hitting the pool screen in evening. Fridge drawer was broken. Fridge water filter needed replaced. Had communication happened solutions might have been found.

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced some issues during your stay. It's great to hear that you enjoyed the pool and resort facilities and found the floor layout and kids rooms fun. I understand that you were disappointed with issues with the outside table, dishwasher, irrigation, fridge drawer, and water filter but as soon as our office was able tos end someone they did it, unfortunately some non emergency situations can't be solved at the same day but we try our best.
