Ground floor gem! Quiet end unit in the Grande tower. A fabulous front yard, lawn games, and only 20 steps away from the private Grande swimming pools PLUS all the great amenities within Las Palmas Resort. 2 King beds plus 3 extra sleeper sofas for extra space. Price based on 6 adults +2 children 4 or younger. (additional HOA fee of $40/person/night to replace young children with kids 5-17).

AMAZING

I would recommend this condo. Kids loved everything about it. Love this resort, if you have younger kids or even Teens this place is perfect. We stay in Las Palmas every year we go to Mexico.

Great location

This ground floor unit is a great location. There are a few small pools and a spa right outside, and it's a short walk from the main pools and the beach. Unit had everything we needed and more. Smart TVs in the main room and each bedroom. Plenty of dishes and towels. There was a closet with games, books, and DVDs. The lighting is very dim, but once you open up the curtains and let the sunlight in, it's great! There was a bit of a damp smell, but overall the unit was very clean and comfortable.
