Pisolino D 101 · Ground-floor 3 BD pet friendly

Ground floor, pet friendly unit in the Casa Blanca, Sandy Beach area. The eighteen-hole putting golf course is outside your back door. Enjoy one of the three Resort’s pools on the edge of the beach or just sit back and relax on the condo’s spacious patio with a wonderful view of the town and Sea of Cortez. A new restaurant and a 4th pool will be open by June 1. Condo has a comfortable layout and is nicely decorated and equipped for a perfect stay. Perfect for up to 8 guests.



We livbe in town and are available for your call, text, or email nearly anytime of the day.



Casa Blanca is a gated community with an eighteen-hole putting course where you can enjoy a round of miniature golf with the family surrounded by pathways, bridges and ponds, there are three swimming pools, one of them alongside the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez, gas and charcoal grills in resort picnic areas under palapas with tables, guards on duty 24/7, large parking lot only steps to the front door of the condo and only a short walk through resort to uncrowded beach with palapas and palm trees.

Our group loved this outstanding home near the ocean. The community pool was nic and warm and the kitchen was also really ritzy! The towels were fluffy and luxurious. Beds were comfy. Our little dog loved it too!

Awesome place - highly recommend

Our family spent the long weekend in Rocky Point and this location didn’t disappoint! Pictures don’t do it Justice! Condo came fully equipped, renters were always readily available! Check in was smoooth! Beach was a short walk. Felt safe, was pet friendly and overall had a great time! The resort had a lot of parts still under construction, but this specific unit is located in a section that is great and away from the unfinished section. Will be back soon!

Our stay was good and are very happy with the customer service, the Casa Blanca looks like it needs some work as several item seem to be neglected and or look abandoned including the empty ponds around the golf course. The bbq grills are clean but bring your own matches the igniters do not work. And in our condo one of the air conditioning units went out.
