Beautiful grounds in the shadow of Piestewa Peak. Within 15 minute drive to Sky Harbor International Airport, Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. Ground Floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, two patios. Upstairs: two bedrooms (one king with veranda, one queen) and two full baths. Enclosed private patio with grill overlooks golf course. Community pool, hot tub and tennis court. Single enclosed garage space adjoining condo, and guest parking available. This is a very quiet and mature community. Absolutely no parties, loud music or excessive noise permitted. Community heated pool, hot tub and tennis court a few steps from the condo. Walk to the Biltmore Resort and Spa to enjoy cocktails on the outdoor patio or in the bar, several restaurants, and spa services by reservation. Purchase day passes on Resortpass.com for the Biltmore Resort Paradise Pools...3 heated outdoor pools and 2 waterslides. Play golf at the Links golf course, clubhouse is just a few minutes away. Drive 10 minutes to the Village Club on Camelback Road, for day or weekly passes to premier fitness center and tennis facility, raquetball courts, group fitness classes, and pool, and spa services (tennis, lap swimming and group classes are by reservation). Shop and dine at Biltmore Fashion Park, just a few minute's drive from the condo. Grocery shop at Sprouts, Whole Foods and Safeway within a five minute drive. Walk to Piestewa Peak hiking trails. Two dogs OK, but no cats. Do not leave your dog unattended. Leashes are required on grounds...watch for coyotes in the area.

Lovely Condo

The condo was as advertised. Pictures are accurate. Lots of outdoor space to choose from. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the Biltmore. Host was easy to communicate with.

Family wedding

We had a great stay at this property. It was beautiful. The furnishings were very nice. The house was very clean and well stocked. The weather was beautiful and we were able to enjoy all three patios. It was fun to be on the golf course and watch the golfers. We will definitely stay here again.

AWESOME 5*****STAR VRBO!

We loved our stay at the Biltmore VRBO! Everything was great. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and with great seating options to allow everyone to watch TV together or view the golfers on the greens. We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this ranks in the top 5! Very well stocked, to include linens, towels, extra blankets for cozy TV watching and kitchen items that you need but don't want to buy a big supply of. We would highly recommend this VRBO and will definitely stay here again!

Nice quiet location yet close to everything, restaurants, trails etc. We had to clean bathrooms etc. ourselves not something I want to do on vacation . We would stay again if cleaner.

Biltmore

A great location, very quiet and the manager was very responsive. The only issues we had was the hot tap in the master bedroom bathroom continually ran so we shut it off and the barbecue wasn’t clean and one of the elements was broken so it wasn’t used.

Gorgeous, Upscale Property in an Ideal Location

My family had a fantastic four-night stay at the Biltmore Courts. The property is stunning - tucked up against the mountains on beautifully groomed grounds. We did not have time to use the onsite facilities, but there is a nice pool steps from the unit and pickleball courts about a five-minute walk away. The Biltmore Resort is directly across the street - we walked over to enjoy sunset drinks and dinner. There is excellent hiking within a few minute drive, and plenty of wonderful shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The unit itself is beautiful and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend this property!

A Slice of Perfect for Our Winter Escape

This property is top-notch! The townhome is comfortable, quiet, and nicely located in a pretty and welcoming neighborhood. The pools and amenities are well taken care of and the town home is beautifully appointed both inside and out. Everything about our month-long stay was perfect and we wouldn't change a thing. The sitting area with its welcoming couch and very large screen Smart TV made us feel right at home for the remaining football season. The deck on the back of the townhome has beautiful views to the Piestewa Peak area and watching the golfers tee off right from the deck was a treat. The very clean and ready-to-use BBQ grill was a real bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed and the condiments provided (salt, pepper, oil, coffee K-cups) were a bonus. I cooked as easily here as I do in my own kitchen. There is a lot of closet and storage space throughout the condo; the master bed is super comfortable; the linens and towels feel like brand new; and all the appliances are well taken care of, including an apartment size washer and dryer. Having access to the garage was a real bonus for us because we had our bicycles along and we could store them securely and safely. And if you are a walker, hiker, or cyclist, the location of this townhome is excellent - just a short ride to the Arizona Canal and the Piestewa Peak parking areas. We could not be happier with our choice of place for our winter escape and we wanted to make sure to thank the owner (Diane) for her gracious hospitality. Highly recommend.
