This was my fifth time staying at Biltmore Courts, and somehow every stay is even better than the last. At this point, it truly feels like my little oasis in Phoenix. There is nothing better than spending a relaxing afternoon by the pool or starting my morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the golf course. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and exactly the kind of place where I can genuinely unwind.The location is also incredibly convenient. Having Whole Foods and so many great restaurants, shops, and everyday essentials just minutes away makes the stay that much easier. I love being able to settle in, grab what I need nearby, and truly feel at home for the week.Five stays later, I continue to look forward to coming back. Biltmore Courts has become such a special part of my Phoenix trips, and I already know this won’t be my last stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Townhome was clean, well appointed and a great location. Enjoyed walking to the Biltmore Resort for drinks and meals. Checkin went smoothly and owner was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place!

Everything was just about perfect. A favorite, is the patio and balcony overlooking the golf course, with a great sunset perspective in particular.

Great place for R and R.

Clean, updated and a pretty quiet area. Friendly community and very safe. The area has great restaurants and shopping, some of the best I have experienced. I would recommend this place highly.

Well-appointed home in a lovely neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and helpful to us as we experienced a couple travel-related issues independent of the lodging. This home was the best part of our trip!

The condo was as pictured, and met our needs. It was a rare three cold rainy days during our stay. We didn’t see the pool.There was a queen sized top sheet on the king size bed that we slept in-that was strange.The location was really convenient and we appreciated the security of the gated neighborhood.

Wonderful!

Lovely, clean, beautiful condo in a quiet and nice gated complex. Kitchen has everything you need; bedrooms comfy bathrooms very clean. Everything was perfect and a big thanks to Michele for making our stay so nice a second year in row.
