An Abundance of Outside Fun

Even though the seashore is a quick walk away, the extensive amenities that are waiting just outside the door will make it hard to leave home. Make some mixed drinks at the covered granite bar, and relax by the gated 16' x 40' pool on one of the ample deck chairs, in the gazebo or pergola, or by the grilling area with a stainless-steel gas grill. This resort-quality outdoor complex also boasts a volleyball court, horseshoe pit, basketball goal, and enclosed outside shower, ensuring hours of entertainment without ever stepping foot on the sand. The top level is a true coastal dream, thanks to beautiful touches of sea-glass blue décor and a suite of amenities that will keep everyone smiling. There's a large living area with a 60" flat screen TV, DVD, VCR & surround sound, a sunny front deck & top-level observation deck, a dining area for 8 and a 2nd dining area for 4, a well-stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and built-in shower seat. Best of all, the top level is framed by refreshing ocean views, making it easy to enjoy those salt breezes at any time.
