We are so glad you enjoyed Hummingbird Hideaway Charlie. Thank you for the recommendation and for leaving the cabin in such great shape. : )
The little tucked away cabin was in a perfect location, big, beautifully and comfortably furnished. The outside was stunning... almost felt like being in the tropics...just in the Pacific Northwest. Spent most of my time reading out on the deck and hiking all of the varitrails available. Host was super communicative and very nice. Definitely gonna try and come back!

Nice location but Rough driveway
I was only there before and after when it was dark, the driveway was a bit rough and difficult to navigate at night. Could use some reflectors !

I'm so sorry you were only able to be at the cabiin in the dark John, it is so beautiful, warm and charming in the daylight. The single track driveway thru the botanical forest is one of the charms we love about Hummingbird Hideaway, but we appreciate the suggestion for reflectors and will follow up on where they can go.
Best to you!
Theresa
My wife and I spent two months out in Washington and stayed at three different places. Theresa’s property was by far the best. Pictures don’t do it justice. It is hard to capture the magic of this place. It is a quiet spot tucked into a nice neighborhood close to all the Olympics have to offer. The cabin itself is incredibly cozy, with wood burning fireplace and great internet for remote working if needed. Even though it isn’t a huge property, it feels very secluded with large old growth trees. Couldn’t say enough positive things about the property itself, the cabin, or the hosts (Tim and Theresa). They were pleasant to interact with and responsive, though we never really had any issues to deal with. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.

Thank you for sharing your experience Brian! We are so grateful you enjoyed Hummingbird Hideaway Cabin. We enjoy hosting and it's alway so rewarding when guests can share the joy of our special place.
The location is marvelous. It is on a beautiful wooded area with privacy on both sides of the property but most importantly a green lush terrain off the back deck with no homes. It has a feel of real cabin living. It is equipped with everything one needs to be comfortable. The back deck is a huge highlight as it is very large looking out to the green terrain, surrounded by trees, equipped with a grill and heat lamp as well as a full outside table with chairs and two additional wicker chairs to lounge. The area is spectacular and quaint. Hosts were amazing! Enjoy your stay !
