Please turn off all lights, fans, TVs, & set the AC to 76°F. Please close and lock all doors and windows then exit through the front door.
Upon departure, please send a note through the VRBO website to confirm your checkout. Have a safe trip home!

I took pictures before bring in all of our stuff, and the unit was clean and very little damage was seen. However the Tv had an issue, the refrigerator had an issue and there was smell where the washing/dryer were. The unit was clean and ready for us.

Business trip

I rented this unit for 3 weeks to accommodate a business trip with men who needed their own space, bedrooms, bathrooms,and showers. The unit was clean and well appointed. Showers had dispensers for shampoo, soap and conditioner. Kitchen had everything needed, etc. Owners were nice and helpful.

Nice place

Both the manager and owner were great! We had a couple of minor issues but all were resolved in less than an hour. Could use a bbq other than that it’s pretty well stocked.

The guest told us we earned a 5 star review and from his review he seems over happy with the home. Our insurance company does not allow BBQ otherwise we would have one. As you can see from the review we will bend backwards to fix any issues that come up and we want all our guest to have a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. But when we had to leave two days early and notified the host (to ways) received no reply. We are Canadian and had planned to book for next year if we liked it. BUT we things in Washington happening like they are it looks like it's Mexico from now on for us.

Great Location-close to river.

Two days after the guest arrived she sent me a message telling me when she arrived the house was not cleaned. The beds were not turned, used sheets, used towels on the bathroom floors and garbage in the trash containers. I asked the guest why she waited two days to let me know. She responded that she was busy cleaning the home. I asked her to send me pictures and on her last day she send me pictures of a bed and one teach container with some garbage in it. She told me she has to buy a mop, broom and cleaning supplies. I asked her to send me a receipt for the items she bought and I would reimburse her. No receipt was provided. I also directed her to review the house rules and the check in instructions where it clearly says to look around the home to ensure there are no issues, if you find anything, send a message with picture. Her response is I did send a message and picture. I asked her she didn’t send them when she arrived and her response was I had to clean the home so I could stay in the home. I spoke with the cleaning staff. They confirmed they cleaned the home. I spoke with Giovani who is responsible to inspect the home before the guest arrives and everything was perfect. It’s unfortunate but this seems to be a new trend. Guest check in and then ask for a full refund because the home was not clean when they arrive. As you can see we have a system for ensuring the home is ready for when a new guest arrives.

Just ok

Pros:Clean, modern furniture, well stocked, easy check in.Cons: apt complex that it is located in is not desirable (run down, trash, unleashed dogs, people smoking outside). Unit is downstairs and the people above are very noisy at all hours of the night. If you are a light sleeper this is not the plave for you to stay. Strange smell in until. Not sure if it is from neighbors or cleaning products duct used.

Fathers Day Trip

Everything was good. Property was comfortable and convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Only suggestion to make it better would be get a cheese grader. We will definitely look for this property again next time we are staying in the area..
