The home is conveniently located in between Torrey Town and Capitol Reef National Park along the historic Highway 12, situated atop a desert bluff with stunning, 360-degree views out of every window.

The cabin is perfect for the vacationing family, the creative artist, and the exploring adventurer.

**No pets allowed

THE SPACE

The property is set at the top of a small bluff central to Torrey Town and Capitol Reef National Park. The property is full of natural vegetation including pinyon pine trees, juniper trees, yucca, and a variety of cactus. The many windows provide abundant natural light. There are 3 separate decks that allow you to take full advantage of the views from the comfort of the home.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom and bathroom along with a private deck. In the loft area, you will find a pull-out couch as well as a desk for working. Inside the master closet, you will find the pack n' play. There is a loft upstairs where you can take in the views. This area is carpeted and makes for a good place for children to hang out and play.

The main level has two large bedrooms, each with its own king-size bed. The main level bathroom has a large shower/bath. The full kitchen has floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to take in the stunning vista of Boulder Mountain.

The basement has a large open TV room with a huge sectional couch. There is also a round game table for your enjoyment. This room is great for watching movies, and games and a good area for kids to play. There are two bedrooms in the basement, each having its own king bed and a bunk bed. To compliment the basement rooms, there is a full-bathroom boasting a massive double shower.

GUEST ACCESS

You can park directly to the right of the cabin and to the north of the cabin. There are 5 parking spots. Please do not block the road, as there will be other guests staying in the other A-Frame cabins on the property, all being part of The Cabins at Capitol Reef.

Other items to note:

The property is set a little bit outside of town and allows you to feel like you are all alone in the desert. This is what we love about the setting. However, we do have neighbors to the east of our home. Feel free to roam about the lot to the south/west as you wish, just stay clear of our neighbor's lots. Also, please no parties and no music after 10 PM.

***No pets allowed

***Please note regarding the cancellation policies, 4% of payments are non-refundable regardless of when a cancellation occurs.

** HOT TUB AMENITY NOTICE: The hot tub is a complimentary amenity and, while we make every effort to keep it fully operational, occasional service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen mechanical issues. Hot tub availability is not guaranteed and does not qualify for refunds, discounts, or cancellations.
