Both balconies have lounge chairs and tables. There is free WIFI. There are TVs with internet in each room. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and anything you may need from a Cuisinart to a Keurig to a mixer and more. There is large washer and dryer in the unit.

Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: `At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`
