Magnificent holiday penthouse with fantastic views of the mountains and the driving range of the first-class 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The apartment is located in the secure Condado de Alhama complex with delightful garden areas, playgrounds and a variety of leisure facilities including football, paddle tennis, basketball and a gym. One of the communal pools is just a short walk from the property.

The Al Kasar shopping centre has several bars, restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request and for a fee.

Note: The air conditioning has a prepaid meter and is charged at 10 for approx. 1 week on arrival. When the amount is used up, you must top up the meter with a prepaid card.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2026; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 40.00 per stay. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.
