Amazing views

Hard to climb from garace, many steps so better to be fit. Floorplan is nice, terrace supernice and the views makes you smile. Livingroom furniture is quite terrible, small sofa has lost it's life years ago and only armchair is fixed with metalwire net, so the seating is terrible, sorry to say...but the views makes up a lot. Area is very quiet, you need a car.

We stayed at this 2 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks. It has outstanding views from the large terrace, the kitchen is well equipped and has enough room to cook meals with a decent fridge and cooker. Good size swimming pool and secured with a key. The Livingroom is large enough and fine for two adults. We would stay here again, but only if the beds are replaced with new beds, as the existing are long past the sell by date and are uncomfortable, otherwise I would have given it 5 Stars. But overall it is a great apartment. Many Thanks

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum! Die Keyholderin Cheryl ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Auch wenn wir uns wiederholen, der Ausblick ist der Hammer! Für Menschen mit Knie oder Hüftproblemen können die vielen Stufen zum Problem werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Isla Plana Mojon Hills.

Très bon séjour

Appartement super bien exposé, grand et très bien équipé. Aucun problème pour nous, nous aimons les vacances sportives, mais il ne me semble pas avoir vu dans l'annonce la précision des nombreuses marches pour y acceder. Le coin est parfait pour la baignade, la plongée, chasse au harpon,... Je conseillerais ce logement.

Lovely relaxing break.

We had a really lovely holiday atthis apartment. As others have said it is high up and I wouldn't recommend for anyone not great mobility wise or prams. We had a 4 and 8 year old with us who managed just fine. There was a great trolley in the apartment we could use to carry things. The aircon worked fine and wasn't noisy at all. The views were amazing.

Hoogst gelegen appartementen rij van Mojon Hills. Prachtig vergezicht over kustdorpen en zee. Goede locatie mits men goed ter been is. Het is een hele klim via de betonnen trappen omhoog.

Ein schönes Objekt, für ältere Menschen schwierig zu erreichen!

Das Objekt ist geräumig, sauber und mit einem Ausblick, der EINMALIG ist. Das Erreichen des der Wohnung ist für ältere Personen recht schwierig , da vom Parkplatz bis in die Wohnung 80 Stufen zu bewältigen sind. Dieser Umstand müsste in der Objektbeschreibung unbedingt genannt werden.

Séjour agréable cependant aucune accessibilité pour personnes âgées ou invalides, de nombreuses marches à monter pour accéder à l’appartement, pas d’éclairage extérieur, difficile de retrouver son appartement en pleine nuit, climatisation très bruyante, très vieillissante, meubles salon cuisine à rafraîchir, pas de chaises et parasol pour aller à la plage, résidence très calme, coin très calme, plages non bondées en Août, véhicule indispensable pour aller aux plages les plus proches, pour faire les courses, pour aller au restaurant, trop de montée à pied, il faut être un sportif avertis…point fort de l’appartement : spacieux, la vue est splendide sur toute la baie de mazarron et très belle terrasse qui fait tout l’appartement.

Perfect stay with kids and beautiful view

Very nice appartement on top level of the complex with beautiful view over the Isla Plana bay,Puerto de Mazarron and LA Azohia. Perfect contact with owners and keyholder. Nice and clean appartement, all functional and on request arranged a new BBQ for us! As per description there are quite some stairs before entering the apartment, for us no problem but would imagine when having difficulties climbing stairs this is not ideal.

Apartamento no apto para el alquiler.

Lo mejor de todo las vistas de toda la bahía , los aspectos a mejorar que a nuestro modo de ver hacen del apartamento no apto para el alquiler son las siguientes: 1) las tuberías del baño dan un pésimo olor que se extiende por el apartamento. 2) el aparato de AA hace muchísimo ruido lo que hace imposible ponerlo por la noche. 3) la limpieza era mejorable, el suelo estaba pegajoso como si se hubiera limpiado con un producto no indicado. 4) solo nos dieron un juego de llaves sin posibilidad a un segundo. 5) para llegar al piso hay que subir numerosos tramos de escaleras lo que limita el acceso de personas con movilidad reducida y no se especifica en el anuncio. Nos lo notificaron en la entrega de llaves.

Vue exceptionnelle, quartier très calme hors Saison.

Vue magnifique, appartement très plaisant, endroit très calme ( séjour en janvier), attention pour personne âgée, beaucoup de marches. Seul point négatif, propreté limitée et cuisine à rafraîchir mais le prix est imbattable hors saison pour la qualité du logement et l'emplacement.

Nos gustó el año pasado así que decidimos repetir y de nuevo hemos estado encantados, la tranquilidad, las vistas y el fácil acceso ( en coche ) a multitud de playas y sitios interesantes , nos ha hecho volver, igualmente destacar la amabilidad tanto de los propietarios como de la persona encargada de la entrega de llaves que responden muy rápido a cualquier duda o necesidad. Solo hay una parte negativa ya remarcada anteriormente referente a la dificultad de acceso al apartamento, solo tiene acceso a pie por unas escaleras interminables que dificultarían el acceso a cualquier persona con un mínimo problema físico, simplemente para subir las maletas o algo de comida/bebida ya es todo un reto, pero en general merece la pena,

There was an initial service charge & again a service charge of 50euro on leaving this info was not indicated previous. Take care with use of heater/air cond although this is free it is also limited. One must be reasonably fit to climb up to the penthouse area but the view is spectacular day or night. I would be interested to know if rent is at a reduced rate for longer periods.

Increible alojamiento, vistas y ubicación, amplio con gran terraza y todo lo necesario desde ropa de cama a toallas y cualquier utensilio que puedas necesitar. La persona de contacto muy cordial y atento para que no te falte nada. Solo pongo cuatro estrellas por que no tiene ascensor y hay que subir y subir y subir y subir tramos de escaleras hasta llegar, pero es el precio que hay que pagar para no tener a nadie encima y disfrutar de unas increibles vistas. Igualmente los propietarios son muy amables y contestan a cualquier duda rápidamente. Volveríamos sin duda.

Spectacular views from a glass fronted balcony, uncomfortable furniture and lots of steps.

Apartment is at the very top of Mojon Hills, so the views are as far as Mojacar. Apartment is adequately equipped and spacious. It also has internet TV which is a bonus. The main attraction is the spacious balcony and you can spend all day here admiring the stunning view across the bay. The downside to this hillside position are the many steps from the parking facilities. Not recommended for the unfit/disabled and those carrying large suitcases. The furniture in the apartment is a little basic and the double bed is very uncomfortable. An upgraded mattress that doesn't sag in the middle would result in a better night sleep. Best place to eat is Mazarron Port where there is an array of good restaurants serving 3/4 course meals for 12 euros or less. Avoid the first 'pop up' tourist restaurants on the promenade and head straight to the small harbour. The best food is Le Carousel, the best value is Viggos. There are others in Isla Plana and La Azohia but they are generally overpriced, except Villamares and Casa del Nono which are pricey but serve great food. The social club in Isla Plana is also worth a visit for tapas, beer and good views. Overall we love Isla Plana and would definitely return to this apartment, possibly for longer, if we could get the same nightly rate

We are a Swiss/Austrian couple running a small hotel in the Swiss mountains.
The two-season business allows us to use our apartment in Spain mainly during May and November. For the rest of the year, we are happy to rent it out for short or long term.

Our apartment is right at the top of the Mojon Hill Phase 4 development, with a fantastic panoramic view over the sea, Isla Plana, and Puerto Mazarron.

Why they chose this property

We have always be looking for a place on the sea with great views.
Isla Plana is our ideal location, based in a small village, but close to all the infrastructure you might want to use.

What makes this property unique

We very much enjoy the quiet area (depending on seasons of course), to sit on the terrace with a nice glass (or bottle) of wine to view the beautiful sunset.
Nice little restaurants nearby with very good food at reasonable prices.
A beach for every taste, from wide and long to small and hidden.
Nice area for hiking as well.
Looking forward to the Paramount park being (hopefully) opened sometime.
