About this property

Cozy villa in Campasol with private pool

Lovely 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom villa in the Campasol community sector C located only 30 minutes from Murcia International Airport with both a private and communal pool.
It is situated on a quiet street and a 10 minute walk to the golf club. The beaches are a 20 minute drive.
The villa is newly outfitted with everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is a utility room off the kitchen with a washer and storage space.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 twin beds.
All rooms have newly fitted ceiling fans and the living room has a new air conditioning unit. There is also a log burner for the cooler winter months.
The outside area is fully fenced with a large charcoal built in barbecue and a stone table and benches. New sun loungers and a large parasol provide shade for the summer months. There are other outdoor seating areas and an outdoor shower. The stairs lead to a rooftop solarium with an area to enjoy your morning coffee and amazing unobstructed Mountain View’s.
The villa includes free Wi-Fi.
The villa is legally registered with the Murcia Tourist Board.
Pets are allowed upon approval when booking.

Beautiful villa

Had a lovely time, villa lovely and clean with everything you need with added extras, water, tea etc added bonus private pool, hilery was always on hand if you needed anything We stayed for a week as wanted to check out location as we are thinking of buying ourselves But location for us was not for us, would happily tent again if back in the area

Fabulous 2 bed villa with private pool on Camposol Sector C near to the golf club. Very well equipped to a very high standard. A lovely comfortable holiday villa. We would definitely recommend.

Lovely Villa - Beautiful Pool

Stayed for one week in July. Hilary the manager was prompt and professional. She takes extra care to make sure you have everything needed. Inside the villa was clean and tidy and not too cluttered like some we have stayed in. The villa was great for a self catering holiday and if you don’t fancy cooking, the bars and shops are just up the road. Air con and fans were brilliant in the 40 degree heat. The pool area was lovely and clean with ample seating. We liked the area so much we bought our own villa.

Tranquilidad, sol y piscina

Estuvimos 10 días mi mujer y yo en esta villa estupenda, la piscina genial y dentro de la casa se está fresco durante todo el día sin necesidad de aire acondicionado sino solamente con los ventiladores de techo; por la noche si hace calor puedes ponerlo y dormir fantásticamente. Un lugar tranquilo y lo pasamos genial.
