About the host
Hosted by Liz Velazquez

I am first and foremost a spiritual being, interested in the establishment of a new earth where peace, joy, unconditional love and Oneness are the norm. I love God with my heart and soul. I have been a healing/restorative channel for over 15 years. I do intuitive healing using various modalities, Reiki energy work, life coaching, and meditation practice.
I am also the happiest grandma on the planet with my two precious grandsons, Tommy and Dominic. I love sharing my life with them and also my son and his wife and the rest of our family.
My hobbies are tennis (please let me know if you play!), reading, hiking, swimming in lakes, and personal growth.
