The charming and quiet 78sqm sqm apartment, which is located in the 1st. Floor of the house, was lovingly restored in 2017 and fully furnished.
In the entrance area is a small wardrobe. From there you get into the new bathroom, which leaves nothing to be desired. The beautiful bedroom is equipped with a 160cm x 200cm double bed with topper, and very spacious fitted wardrobes. This is out of the garden and therefore offers a lot of peace. Through the corridor in which a sorted bookcase can be found you get into the kitchen. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and includes: a 2-burner ceramic hob, a fridge with TK-tray, a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. In the kitchen area there is a small dining area. For breakfast in the morning there is a bakery in the immediate vicinity. In the adjoining living room there is a comfortable sofa bed (Rolf Benz) on which, if necessary, another person can sleep. In addition, the apartment has of course cable TV and Wi-Fi. From here you have access to the balcony, which grants a beautiful view of the underlying garden and thus complements the stay.
Towels, bed linen and hair dryer are provided.

Access for guests
The apartment is located on the first floor and is directly accessible via the stairwell. There is no lift or elevator.
Other important information
Free parking is available directly in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity. The old town of Landsberg, the Lech, the cinema, shops, cafes, restaurants and the Inselbad are within walking distance very easy to reach.

Further important additional information
The apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. The final cleaning and change of linen will be charged with a one-off fee of 45 Euro. Animals are not allowed.

Parking bicycles.
On the site there is a loose bike rack where you can park your bikes and secure with your own locks. Please understand that in case of theft we can not pay for the loss. (So ​​far, nothing has ever gotten away :))
