A piece of history with modern comfortsLovingly renovated in 2023, this 110-square-meter apartment, spread over two floors, combines historic charm with modern amenities. Ideal for families, groups, or couples—the living space can be flexibly adapted.


On the upper floor, you’ll find:


• an inviting hallway with a coat closet and reading nook

• a well-equipped kitchen-diner

• a spacious bathroom with a shower/tub and washing machine

• a cosy living room with a sleeper sofa (140 x 190 cm)

• a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) made of Swiss stone pine



In the attic, you’ll find:

• a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm)
• a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm each)

• Optional: a cot available upon request
A private desk and guest Wi-Fi are available for your work-from-home needs.

Staying in the historic Salzstadl:

In 2023, all rooms of this spacious holiday apartment—measuring approximately 110 square metres—were lovingly renovated and redesigned.

The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment itself extends across the ground floor and the attic.

Upon entering
the upper floor, you are greeted by a large hallway with a coat closet and a reading nook
. The well-equipped kitchen-diner, the large bathroom (toilet,
shower/bathtub, sink, and washing machine), the cosy
living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), and a bedroom with a
double bed (180 x 200 cm) made of Swiss stone pine are also located on
this floor.

In the attic, which also has a hallway, there is
another bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm)
and a single bed (90 x 200 cm).
The single beds and the sleeper sofa are intended more for children and teenagers than for adults.

If desired, we’d be happy to provide a cot.

A dedicated desk and guest Wi-Fi are available for working from home.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
