I offer free parking in the garage, an equipped kitchen with a dining room for 6 people, a bathroom with storage space and a room with a fireplace. On the 2nd floor there are 2 beds for 4 people and a wardrobe.

The loft is located in a quiet location 10 minutes by car/tram/taxi (5 euro/dollars) from the center of Prague.

Close to the apartment is the popular commercial center Andel, where there is a cinema, a large shopping center, restaurants, pubs, cafes as well as the peaceful Prokop valley - a walk into nature and a beautiful view of Prague - which represents an ideal balance for everyday life in the city, but at the same time provides a quiet living and connection with nature.

The apartment is located in a newly renovated building that has been awarded "The Best European Redevelopment" by experts in Orlando, USA, due to the building's history as a factory.
