Lovely 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Condo with spacious terrace/balcony located on the second floor in the Hispaniola Sol Residence, one of the best gated communities with 24 hours security in the heart of Sosua.

It is convenient located within 15 minutes’ drive of Puerto Plata airport. It is also just a few steps from beautiful Alicia beach and city center of Sosua and walking distance to all amenities: grocery, shopping, restaurants, bars, salons, drugstores and more. Car is not required; however, the private parking is available on the site.

This apartment has a great view of a gorgeous pool, tropical garden, partial ocean view and full kitchen window.

There are two separate bedrooms with in-suite bathrooms, big closets and walk outs to the balcony.

Each bedroom has ceiling fans and A/C units.

This apartment is fully furnished and equipped:
-The Living room has an open concept area, kitchen with bar area and walk out to big terrace with dining area.

-The Kitchen has quality appliances and is equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, juicer, toaster, water cooler, pots, pants, and all kitchenware.

Calm after the Storm

Was really nice to return to this chilled out condo, the last couple of weeks of an extended stay vacation, it had been a while since last there so almost forgot just how nice it is, was able to relax and enjoy all it had to offer, wasn't ready to leave but looking forward to the next time, thank you to the owner Svitlana until nexttime hola!

The property is well maintained and very clean. All of the amenities inside the unit are new. The apartment Looks just as advertised. Very nice place!! I stay in the area often and this is one of the nicest of them all.

Excellent location

We had an amazing time at the condo, the location is very good. It’s steps to Playa Alicia beach, and there are numerous restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We were only there 16 nights, so we ate out a lot for breakfast and suppers, we never had a bad meal anywhere. All the restaurants were excellent. It is about 10 minute walk to Sosua beach, and about 10 minutes to the big Playero grocery store. Svitlana the property manager was great if we had any questions. Daniel the man that looks after the property during the day was excellent, he was such a nice man. He keeps the property extremely clean and well maintained. He also helped with anything we needed. They have water bottles on site, he would bring them up to our unit for us, cost was 70 pesos very reasonable. The unit was extremely clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. I have some back issues so I always worry about the beds, but the bed was excellent I had no troubles. There is a washer in the one bathroom, and there are lines set up outside on the one balcony, there are also laundry lines at back of building. I would definitely recommend this property, and would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much Svitlana, and Daniel😀😀
