Large ranch in a peaceful setting yet central to many tourist sites, retail shops, business centers and easy access to I-15, Hwy 56 (w/o road noise). This house is conveniently located 10 minutes from Torrey Pines beach and near many tourist attractions (San Diego Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Sea World, Birch Aquarium, wineries, . . .). It's 20 min. north of downtown. Rooms are spacious. The house backs up to a dedicated greenbelt so the backyard is very peaceful and there are no houses behind you. The community is surrounded by Black Mountain and Los Penasquitos Canyons. Poway school district.

Master bathroom has a walk-in shower with grip bars in multiple places.

There are multiple eating areas: formal dining room, large kitchen with large island with barstools, a table in the great room and 2 outdoor tables on the large back patio that looks out into a greenbelt area. Large master bedroom with a walk-in closet. The other 2 rooms have queen beds.

This house is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores and other shopping nearby (Total Wine, Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Costco, Ralph's, Vons, TJMaxx, Nordstrom Rack, Barnes & Noble, many other restaurants and many other retail shops).

Rent varies depending on season and lease term. Rent ranges from $4,600 - $6,500/month. Minimum lease is 1 month Terms of 1 -12 months accepted

Nice Neighborhood House

No complaints. Connie was lovely to work with and addressed everything very quickly. House is comfortable with all needed amenities. Master bed is super comfy. Would stay again.

Just what we needed

The location was excellent. Close to everything and access to the 15 and 56. We stayed for a short while due to a home renovation and winter break. Very comfortable once we cleaned up some pet stains and food particles from the previous vacationer. The property manager was responsive and helpful with questions.
