Great stay with Jonathan

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This place was close to all of the fields, the fact we had a laundry room was fantastic. The place was very clean with a nice size yard for the kids to play football. So thankful we found this place and will for sure stay here again.

Nice 4 BR house

We appreciated staying in this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with large kitchen. Enough room for 8 people. Owner is very quick to respond to all communication. Very convenient to the B'ham airport. Easy drive into downtown.

Girls Getaway

My friends and I rented this property for a weekend getaway. We were very pleased with the appearance and cleanliness. It looked exactly like the photos on the website. The owner was very accommodating when I made a special request. I will definitely rent this property again.

Property manager was great and helpful sent regular updates. House was clean and safe. Only thing is it is slightly smaller, we had 8 people stay and had to have one member sleep on a love seat. Prefect for multiple couples but if you have single buddies i would limit it to 8 prior

Wonderful Stay - highly recommend!

From the first message/inquiry to the last on the day of check-out, Jonathan was amazing! His communication was prompt, no matter what time i messaged him, there was ALWAYS a response within 5 minutes. The property was easy to get to, extremely family friendly and clean!! The only thing I would suggest is putting TV's in each room. Other than that, we had an amazing time.

Nice property for a weekend in Birmingham

We shared this Vrbo with another family while we were in town for a soccer tournament. Four adults, three kids. We had plenty of space to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The bedrooms all had smart TVs and comfy mattresses. The bathrooms were partially remodeled and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. We did not have any issues during our stay and were much more comfortable than staying at a hotel. :)

4 Day Stay

Overall ok. First day experience the Home is dusty and had a slight mildew/damp smell, several roaches, and ants were everywhere in the kitchen. During our stay We kept the counters wiped down with Clorox, trash bagged up, and floors swept to try and minimize their activity the best we could. The hidden rat traps (which we did not notice until the last day) made us uneasy, but luckily we did not see any activity from them while there. Also, the heating/cooling system is remotely set and controlled at one temperature (68 degrees). The set temperature was fine during the day but was extremely cold during the night and early morning. Pros were there were plenty of towels, linen was clean, kitchen was stocked well, bathrooms clean and stocked well with toiletries, location was good, check in was easy, tvs in each room, rooms were clean, aside from the dusty windows and blinds. Overall, it was not a bad stay.

Decent, but could have easily been great.

The property was decent. It was clean, but not in the best condition. Nothing was broken or falling apart, just a bit dated. I think our biggest complaint would be that their are not TV's in all of the bedrooms. Only in the living room and the master bedroom. And the TV in the master bedroom may have been a 26" or 28". The ironing board was this small board which had not legs. I mean how much does an ironing board cost. And you could probably get 50" TV's for around $200. And don't know why this bothered me so much, but the wash clothes and towels did not match, Gave me the impression that they may have been purchased from a Goodwill or Thrift Store.

Rodney, thank you for your feedback. We do have a Bohemian chic vibe for this property and realize it is not for everyone, but everything in the property has been purchased in the last year. We also did place additional TV's today in all the bedrooms for future guests and apologies that we have not done this sooner. The towels and wash cloths are constantly be re-supplied as wear and tear occurs. We do purchase them from new from stores like Target and are in the process of making sure they are all white and of continue to be of premium standard.
