Great space!

The chalet had everything that we needed. It was a nice place for our family to stay. It had everything we needed and was in a beautiful little town. We would stay there again.

Beautiful place near all Conneaut and Pymatuning attractions

Property and chalets are perfect for multi family vacations. We used the campfire/picnic area and the fishing pond. Easy to find and close to attractions and restaurants.

A Stay with Promise—but Important Gaps...The interior of the chalet was very clean and nicely decorated, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our stay included several issues that future guests—especially winter travelers or older guests—should be aware of.We arrived Friday evening (8–9 PM) and initially had difficulty accessing the unit. The property entrance and parking area are very dark and poorly marked, making arrival challenging at night.Upon entry, the heat was completely off despite winter temperatures. Because shoes are not permitted indoors, the floors were extremely cold for several hours until the unit warmed overnight. The only bathroom sink drained very slowly and was largely unusable. We notified the host Sat. morning and requested it be addressed while we were out on Day 2, but it was not fixed during our 4-day stay.We also discovered that the back sliding door does not lock, which was a safety concern and was communicated to the host. Internet/TV service were also unreliable.Parking and walkability were difficult due to poor lighting and very muddy (my boots sank), uneven ground, making unloading bags challenging and potentially unsafe for guests with mobility concerns. We attempted to share this feedback privately before posting a review, but the response did not address the functional or safety issues raised. This property may be enjoyable in dry summer conditions, but based on our experience, it was not well prepared for winter stays.
