Four guys came to North Georgia for some trout fishing and the Toasty and Toccoa home was perfect. Plenty of room and great amenities. Making plans for another trip or two.
This is a great property! It is super comfortable with plenty of room to relax and experience the outdoors. You can walk down to the river or enjoy sitting on the screened in porch. The inside is also very clean and comfortable.
We brought in the New Year here and enjoyed every minute of it. It a short 30 min drive to enjoy Blue Ridge and about an hour to Helen, GA. The home had everything that we could have needed for our family. There was plenty of games upstairs for the kids to occupy their time. The jacuzzi was our favorite! We hope to make another trip here in the future.
We visited places that we had been in the past with our deceased husbands, our children, and/or our grandchildren. Memories of camping days, summer hiking and fishing, etc. were all brought back. This property was centrally located for us to visit Mulky, Cooper Creek, Deep Hole, Winfield Scot, Vogel, Cleveland, Blue Ridge, and Copper Hill. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was in the house.

Thank you for staying June! Im so glad yall had a nice trip full of happy memories!
We loved our stay in Suches! The cabin-style townhouse was the perfect size for our family of 4. The house was warm, cozy, and clean. Although the location is about 35 minutes from the nearest town, if you plan ahead, it’s not too bad. We loved the view of the mountains and the community was nice and quiet. There is a short trail behind the house that you can walk down to the river. The jacuzzi provided a great way to relax on the chilly, autumn evenings. Overall, our family would definitely recommend staying at this cabin if you enjoy nature and getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The cabin was the perfect location. It was clean and well stocked. It did need some TLC to the cabinet doors but i am sure that thats hard to stay ontop of with it being a rental. None of these reason are the reason i took away a star. It was taken awaybecause it’s advertised a handicap friendly. But wheelchair would fit between foot of bed and wall, so i had to sit on bed and fold my chair some to get by that area then back to chair to bathroom. The bed only needs to be pushed towrd the window an inch but its bolted to the floor. As far as handicap shower.. that is the best shower set up i have ever been in. Normally the bench is on the opposite wall of the shower controls. Which means everything is out of reach. Not this one. The bench was under shower head and controls were right beside you. I know you may find that weird but to a hanicap person independence is so hard to achieve. It was so nice not to have to ask my friends to start my shower hand me the handheld and see me naked. This place was very nice and would get all 5 stars dor a non handicap person. I highly recommend
We absolutely loved this place! Everything was clean and decorated so well. We had three children ages 5-9, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. My husband and I slept downstairs, and the bedroom was extremely comfortable. My mom and the kids enjoyed the upstairs bedroom and loft. We walked to the river several times a day and went on several day trips/excursions. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal. The only downside which really was not huge, was being 25-30 minutes away from stores. If you plan ahead, this is not a problem. There is Cooper’s Creek Store which had some necessities, but not enough for cooking for a week. We would love to come back and explore more of this area. It was so beautiful! We loved how peaceful and quiet it was.
Wow, this cabin style townhome is a gem! The entire experience was great with immediate confirmation of the reservation, and then thorough details about the check-in process. Sara also provided helpful hints for anyone not familiar with the area. The cabin is super clean, beautiful, comfy, and has everything you could need. The host’s attention to detail is top notch. From the board games, books, movies, foosball table to the back patio seating, hot tub, fire pit, grill, extra blankets, décor, kitchen utensils/appliances, makeup towels, Sara knows how to make you feel at home. The record player was a fun addition as well; the kids loved the old music. The property itself is lovely; we took walks down to the river daily. While the cabin feels remote, it is still close to other areas, if interested, such as the fish hatchery, gem mining, Amicalola Falls, Lake Winfield Scott, Swan Drive In, to name a few. Thank you, Sara, for sharing your home for a great family vacation!

Thanks for kind words, Dawn! Glad you guys had a great trip- sounds like you had a fun itinerary! You guys are welcome back any time!
We were so pleased with our entire stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt valued by the property owner with the amazing communication. She had texted me asking if we were lost because we hadn't arrived yet, and there was a car driving around like they were lost. It wasn't us (we were running late), but it was so nice for her to check on us! When we went inside of the cabin, it was SO CLEAN, probably the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed in. It was also beautifully decorated for Christmas with a Christmas tree and other cute decor items. We immediately ate dinner (picked up BBQ from Cooper's Cafe) and then went out to the hot tub. It was clean and very relaxing. We spent the rest of the evening (just myself, my husband, and two young kiddos) playing games. There are so many games available in the upstairs loft which was so wonderful! The next morning we walked down to the river, had coffee, and explored a little bit. One of my favorite parts of the entire weekend was playing music on the record player, cooking dinner, and playing games on Saturday night. We will definitely be back!
We had a very nice time at the property. My son loved the bunk bed house. The drive to the property is beautiful. The home was nice and well stocked. There are lots of games for the family to play. It was a prefect getaway from the normal, hectic every day life. 🍁🍂🏞

About the host
Hosted by Sara
My husband and I live with our 4 children in Texas. We are a busy family and desired a place to escape the daily grind and fell in love with North Georgia. It has been a dream to own a vacation rental and have a place to make lasting memories for our family and yours!
Why they chose this property
With 4 kiddos, we needed a spacious place with family friendly activities nearby. This cabin-townhome has it all with plenty of space for our family! 8 units share 11 acres situated on the Toccoa River. There is room for the kids to play outside, a private hot tub, games, foosball, and of course the Toccoa River! There are lots of gorgeous hiking options for all levels, fishing, shopping, dining, tubing, biking and many winery tours when we make an adult trip! This area really has it all.
What makes this property unique
Hot tub, Toccoa Riverfront, foosball, games, yard games, fire pit, family friendly, upscale but affordable.
