A nice apartment, a nice holiday ...
The Villa Katharina, an attractive Art Nouveau villa, has been extensively and lovingly restored. It is located directly at the spa park. The way to the beach is one minute.
The apartment Greifswald is a modern three-room apartment on the first floor. The non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating is 70 square meters. The spacious living room has a very high quality equipment: large leather sofa and armchairs, LCD TV (satellite TV), CD player (with CD changer) and parquet floor.
In each of the two separate bedrooms there is a double bed available. From the bedroom you have a side sea view. Furthermore, the apartment has a bathroom and a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven). The living room and the integrated kitchen combines a cozy dining area. The apartment has a video intercom.
No search for a parking space - a parking space on the property available (for a fee and request).
