Kleine, niedliche Friesenwohnung

You live in a small maisonette apartment in old Frisian style directly under the roof.

The two bedrooms on the upper floor have sloping ceilings and are furnished with a double bed (1.60 m wide) and two single beds. From the living room with kitchenette you step out onto a bright balcony with morning sun. The kitchenette is equipped with four hotplates and cookware. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room. The apartment has a shower room on the lower floor.

The apartment has a parking space in front of the building. Bicycle racks are also available.

Coin-operated washing machine and dryer (50ct pieces) available in the separate laundry room in the basement.

A child gate for the stairs is available.

The apartment is rented privately. Please be aware that the furnishings are not brand new. The apartment is in a prime location and we are offering it at a very reasonable price.

We are always open to suggestions for improvement.

The apartment is very central, yet quietly located. Walking distance to the south beach and the shopping street is about 5 minutes.

Bicycle rental very close. Also a short walk to the spa promenade with music pavilion and children's playground.

Gute Lage - mehr nicht :(

Wie man auf den Fotos erkennen kann, ist die Wohnung nicht besonders neu eingerichtet. Das hätte uns überhaupt nicht gestört - leider bedeutete es in diesem Zusammenhang, dass die Möbel total „runtergewohnt“ sind. Weitere negative Punkte: - schlechte Küchenaustattung (nicht mal eine Suppenkelle) - Wohnung wird mit vier Betten angeboten, es gibt aber weder genug Tischplatz noch Stühle, um gemeinsam zu essen - wir waren zu zweit, und das war schon schwierig - Balkontisch sehr verrostet - Matratzen sind einfach nur in die Jahre gekommene Schaumstoffblöcke - Temperaturregelung der Dusche über Zweihandmischer und seeeehr schwankend - es wird nur ein Schlüssel für die Whg ausgegeben, getrennte Unternehmungen sind so nicht möglich - auf Nachfragen bei der Vermieterin (z.B. bzgl des Schlüssels) wird nicht reagiert - Fernsehsender nur öffentlich/ rechtliche - kein WLAN (wird aber in der Beschreibung auch nicht angegeben) - selbst für Sylt ein sehr unangemessenes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis Einziges Plus: Die sehr schöne Lage

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in zweiter Lage zum Meer sowie zur Friedrichsstr. Man kann zu Fuss zum Aquarium und Sylter Welle. Optimal wenn man nur Strandurlaub machen möchte. Die Anmietung war sehr unkompliziert.
