We had a fantastic stay! The home is whimsical and fun -- with lots of great touches. Check in, check out, and everything in between was very easy. Loved being a short walk from downtown Salida -- would definitely stay here again.

So happy to hear you enjoyed your time at Eclectic Salida! We hope to host you in the future!
Very nice property with a lovely balcony. It worked nicely for our family of 5. We enjoyed that it was walkable to downtown Salida. We also appreciated that it was stocked with basic toiletries in the bathroom as well as coffee, tea, etc in the kitchen.
Very much enjoyed our stay, so many wonderful amenities; location, full kitchen and gorgeous views. We really enjoyed the unique decor and appreciate all the work you’ve done. Our children loved the loft bunk room.

Brooke, thank you. We are thrilled to hear that your stay at Salida Eclectic was a success. The loft and secret room is great for the kiddos. :)
We had a lovely time staying here. Location is great! The porch was really enjoyable. The place was clean and well-stocked. I would definitely stay here again!
Owners are from France and it is furnished accordingly. Very comfortable spacious, thoughtful high-quality. Amazing deck. No AC or ceiling fans — only concern late June - August. Walk to all.

Thanks so much for staying with us! Please come back anytime. You were a wonderful guest!
We had a wonderful stay here with our two children (ages 3 and 6). The unit was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. Additionally, the property management company was easy to work with when we accidentally left behind an item. Would definitely stay again!
Loved this place! Great location. We could walk to the downtown area and the farmers market on Saturday was at a park that was an 8 minute walk away. The bed comfort level was good albeit a bit squeeky. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio at random times throughout the day. Response time from the hosts was excellent. Wish we had stayed longer.
My family and I had a delightful stay at this condo over the July 4th weekend. Loved the stunning mountain views along with the very attractive deck where we drank our morning coffee. The kitchen was quite modern and fully equipped, although we were unable to figure out how to turn on the Keurig coffee maker (fortunately a second coffee maker was provided). The bed mattresses were a bit firm for our tastes but still comfortable. The property, which is not air conditioned, did get warm despite leaving the windows and sliding doors open at night. This property would be more comfortable in warm weather if screens were provided on the windows and sliding doors, along with something like overhead fans or a whole house fan. (We were provided with 2 small fans, and we did get some bugs in the condo though fortunately they left us alone.) We were able to walk downtown in about 15 minutes. And other than the fireworks, it is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Property management company was very responsive. Check in quite easy.

Thank you for all the wonderful feedback you provided! We strive to improve our guests' experience so we appreciate you taking the time to alert us to the fact that a couple of screens are missing. We are addressing this issue and hopefully it will help in the future in cooling down the house:)
Property was clean and pictures depict it well. I have, as is my general practice, deducted "accuracy" stars for listings that charge a hefty cleaning fee and rush you out in the morning of checkout, but then also have a chore list for guests to complete because I feel like you get one or the other, not both, and the chore list is never, ever disclosed in the listing. Overall one star taken off because the furniture wasn't comfortable at all, and I ended up having to purchase a box fan to survive the stay as there are ZERO fans or AC. All that said, it was a pleasant stay and everything else we needed was on hand, and the "secret" doors and aesthetic were very charming. Location is fabulous with easy access to downtown and HWY 50 and room for two cars to park. Great communication with Pinon and overall a great stay!

Elli, thank you for the nice review. Wish that you would have called us about a fan, we would have gladly brought one or two over!
The property is new, clean and comfortable. Great place for family or couples. Nice deck for coffee time! Plenty of stuff to cook in and close enough to venture into downtown.
My wife and I, and our doggie, found this to be a charming place to spend 3 nights on our fall leaf-peeping vacation. The views from the little bench and chairs out front, of the mountains and aspens to the south, were a wonderful way to start and end each day. The kitchen had everything we needed, including plates, utensils, corkscrew, ice maker, and some very cool and funky coffee mugs. The beds were very comfortable.
The stairs to the condo were tough on our dog's paws, but we found a path leading to the west end of the parking lot that we used to keep her comfortable.
5 stars out of 5.
We enjoyed our stay here. It was recently remodeled and our kiddo had a lot of fun finding the hidden doors. The rental group was very accommodating, the location was great, and the views out the back were wonderful. Highly recommend this place.
