Next, venture into the fully-equipped and updated kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals before entering the beachfront open dining and living area. Upon check-in, guests will be asked to pay a one-time resort fee of $35 (plus tax) at the registration desk. This fee is per party, not per person, and includes wristbands and a parking pass. This is a standard procedure for most resorts in Panama City Beach.

-In addition to our advanced cleaning practices, we wash every blanket on every bed before each new guest. Our thorough process includes using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, antibacterial wash and dry cycle, and professional-grade detergent. This goes beyond the standard practice, as many short-term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year. Rest assured, we take extra care to provide you with a fresh and clean environment during your stay.

-All condos have a RING doorbell outside of the unit, which only detect activity outside of the condo in the breezeway areas. These are for everyones safety & security.
-Must be 25 to book and check in at resort - ID will be checked at registration.
