Backyard is FULLY fenced in which backs up against the Community Center field (Pickleball, tennis, bocci courts, mini golf, basketball, skate park), close to best ice cream and eateries. 1 block to huge beach, volleyball courts, lifeguard. Freshly painted, new carpets in bedrooms, washer/dryer. 1 bedroom apt. upstairs + queen pull out couch for in-laws or teens, separate listing not always avail.
