Spectacular views in every direction! This bright direct ocean front four-bedroom /four and half bathrooms (including two master bedrooms) townhome is just off the beach with spacious front balconies to watch the sunrise. It features free wireless internet and cable (HBO), a new 60 inch smart TV with Blu-Ray, a fully-equipped kitchen, a high-efficiency front-loading washer and dryer, forced-air central AC/heat for your comfort.
The only thing between you and the ocean is a strip of dunes and vegetation. There are no roads to cross, no traffic noise, and no crowds – just the peace, serenity and beauty of this beautiful, lifeguard-protected spacious stretch of white sand beach! The balconies provide a view of the vibrant colors of the ocean, the Atlantic City skyline, and the unmatched beauty of the dunes.
The large, fully-private 3rd floor master bedroom has a king bed and magnificent views of the ocean. The marble master bath has a rain shower with 6 body jets and a handheld showerhead. Relax on a private balcony watching dolphins swimming by or enjoy a sunrise over the ocean.
The 2nd floor living/dining room has a soaring 20' open ceiling with a ceiling fan and new living room furnishings, including a full size leather sleeper sofa and a dining set. The kitchen is fully-equipped and stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and appliances. It has an open counter overlooking the spacious dining area and living room, and a balcony with views of the ocean beyond.
The 1st floor features a spacious master bedroom with a king bed. Relax on the private balcony overlooking dunes. This second master bedroom adds to the expanded choices of staying with friends and family. There are two other bedrooms on the 1st floor: one is with two twin beds and a private bath, another is with a queen size sofa and also a private bath, and a TV.
On the ground level, there is an outdoor shower with hot water and a driveway with parking for at least 2 cars.
Check out our beach closet with beach chairs. Six (6) beach tags are included.

A shopping plaza with ACME groceries, pizza, and ice cream is within walking distance

Wonderful Family Vacation

Beautiful home, clean and perfect layout for our family of 7! Hosts were very good at communicating everything we needed. Walk is a little far, but Brigantine dunes and beaches are worth every step! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful house!

The house is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. It was spotless and we were impressed with how it was well stocked. The beach was within walking distance. The owners reached out to make sure everything was okay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous home

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend with my sons girlfriends family, (now fiancé after the weekend 💍😊) the place was super clean and beautiful. Communication was wonderful, everything you could have wanted was there and available for you. Thank you so much!

Nice Space great view

This space was an excellent fit for our family. The upstairs bedroom allowed my husband space and quiet to work. Despite it being the off season we all enjoyed walking the beach. There is a view from all 3 floors.

Beach front getaway

This updated townhouse is on a quiet little road facing the beach. Nothing between you and the water except plush natural dunes. Three decks with massive sliders allow you to see and hear the ocean to your hearts content. Each room has its own separate bathroom and are crisp and clean with built in closets. The second floor great room and kitchen are fantastic. The house is close to grocery, bakery, restaurants. I really enjoyed my time there and the host was amazing. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Great Family Beach Getaway

We were very happy with our stay at Brigatine beach. The house was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very attentive and checked in every other day via text. The house provided many kitchen and beach amenities. We were not expecting it to be so many different floors and it was a lot of stairs for my senior mother. The walk to the beach was farther than we expected. It is definitely not step out the back door and be on the beach. You had to walk down the road 3 houses and take a long trail to the beach. The beach is beautiful and very well maintained. Not crowded at all and had great waves for boogey boarding with no rocks. There are no bathrooms on the beach and it’s a bit of a walk back to the house so plan accordingly. Nice view of Altantic City from the balconies but you can only see the water from the top floor master bedroom balcony. The house is close to several restaurants, groceries and ice cream and walking distance to mini golf. I would stay here again but without my senior mom and make sure I had a really good beach cart.

Wonderful experience

This place was exactly as advertised. The owners were so gracious and such a pleasure to deal with. The house is beautiful and was very clean. We all had a great getaway. I highly recommend this place!

Beachfront but...

Everything about this rental was very nice. The only comment I would make is while it is ocean front as the listing states, it's quite a walk to the beach. (We counted 900+ steps!) May be an issue for people with kids carrying lots of stuff ...

Beautiful spacious and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay here at 4103 Ocean in Brigantine. The landlord was in contact with us to see that everything went smoothly and answered questions for us along the way. The house was gorgeous the view was even more gorgeous and we had everything right there at our fingertips. It was easy to get to the beach and the outdoor shower and storage area are the best. We accidentally left something behind and the landlord went out of her way to make sure that we got it back. They were helpful and kind through the whole experience. I highly recommend you stay here but not the week that I want it next year lol

Magnificent Property

Magnificent property, views. Waking up each morning to the sunrise was spiritual along with the moonlight on the ocean in the evening. I spent 5 weeks there and didn't want to go home. The property owners were a pleasure, they checked in with me to make sure if everything was good and if I had any questions.

Great property!

We absolutely loved this place. It is an extremely clean and updated townhouse with almost everything you can think of. The location is awesome, and the tranquil vibes when you’re sitting on one of the balconies looking out on the dunes and beach are unlike anything else you will find at the Jersey shore. We would definitely rent this place again!

Perfect property for a family getaway1

This site is beautiful, spacious and exactly what we wanted for a relaxing week at the beach. The hosts, Andrei and Elena were wonderful and responded quickly to all of our questions and did whatever they could to accommodate our specific requests. When we arrived we were delighted to discover that everything we needed was provided, including comfortable beds for the whole family, a large eating area, a well equipped kitchen, and even basic starter supplies in the bathrooms and laundry. The third floor master bedroom and bath were amazing! Since we traveled with small children, it was great to see that all furnishings were sturdy as well as comfortable (i.e., no glass topped tables) with plenty of space for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short (easy) walk to the expansive beach. The decks overlooking the dunes provided a place to relax and/or eat while enjoying the breeze off the ocean and the sound of the waves. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to stay and we definitely hope to return next year!

Home away from home

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this home for the entire month of November. It was such a wonderful place to call home. The pictures do not do this home justice...it is much more beautiful. The check in and check out process was seamless. Everything was orderly and clean upon arrival and I was pleased to have some starter items (soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper etc) available. The living room furniture was comfortable as well as the master bedroom. The details that made this place feel like home were the high quality comforters on the beds, phone charger bedside, double sinks in the master bath and plenty of balcony seating. The sky lights, cathedral ceilings, beautiful staircase, relaxing balcony and tons of space are just some of the highlights of this home. The view is amazing and we just loved watching the sunrise over the ocean. Brigantine is a wonderful island any time of the year. The beach access is just a couple house down the road. The beach is long and wide for those relaxing daily walks and the nightlife in Atlantic City was just a 5 min ride away. The hosts were gracious and helpful. The only issue I had was difficulty streamimg my Spectrum cable via any Apple Products (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) to the Samsung TV. We did manage to finally use a Samsung tablet which worked perfectly. I absolutely loved my time here....it really was my home away from home!

Great Vacaton!

My family and I had a great vacation. We have been going to brigantine for many years, and this one has topped all places I have stayed. Place was extremely clean, updated, and well stocked with kitchen, cleaning and toiletry items. We enjoyed the table out on the deck and the main dining table is pretty large. Wifi service was great. If you have an infant, you may want to bring baby gates as the stairs have open risers. Views were nice and was located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owners was great and multiple check ins to make sure everything was going well. Will likely stay again.

Amazing, quiet 2 weeks at the beach!

We had a wonderful two weeks in Brigantine! It was our first time staying at this beach, and it exceeded our expectations. It was quiet, remote and very family oriented. The hometown, warm feel was a nice change from Ocean city or Avalon. We loved that we were able to take a nice walk to get ice cream, tacos or to the Italian Bakery. Andrei and Elena were super hosts. The house was immaculate when we arrived, and we had everything that we needed for a two week stay. One of the. best parts about the house was the view of the greenery and the ocean from the back decks. The wide dunes/trees allowed for a lot of peach and quiet, which is what we wanted! The beach was a nice walk, but not bad. The big beaches made it easy to social distance. We all loved going everyday. I would have loved an extra small dresser in the master on the first floor for my daughter who utilized the sofa/bed in that little nook, but all in all we made it work to try to figure out extra clothing space. It was a wonderful family vacation, and we were so grateful to have been able to use this great home. Highly recommended!!

Brigantine Paradise

Beautiful, newly renovated, well-maintained home right on the beach in Brigantine’s south end. Home is exactly as advertised with amazing ocean views from every window and deck! Andrei & Elena are wonderful owners who checked in routinely to make sure we were enjoying our stay! I cannot say enough about this amazing home and it’s quiet location right on the dunes. We cannot wait to return!!

Lovely, serene getaway

Perfect location for a family stay. Gorgeous property (it's as nice as the photos, and then some), and steps to beautiful beach with no crowds. Property owners checked in on us regularly, though we needed nothing from them. Will be back!
