Everything about this home is amazing and the host is even better! Cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed, plus it is so close to food, shops and outdoor activities. The host is very friendy and tentative to our needs. Would highly recommend this home for your stay when visiting the Phoenix area.

Outstanding experience across all levels! While staying at this beautiful home to visit with my sons, I truly enjoyed the beautiful cactus garden, the pool, the home, and all the extras the owners provided. The bed was super comfortable to allow for a good nights rest after spending the day visiting with my sons, and hiking. Thanks to the hosts, who surely pour lots of love and care into this home!

Very clean and cozy of course, but the extra amenities and little touches provided by the host made it so cozy it felt just like home. My family and I stayed here for Christmas while visiting family here. It was a very special time.

Best Place To Stay in the West Valley - Surprise

I've stayed in this beautiful home for two years in a row, and I love it. The host, Kim is the most gracious host who makes sure your stay is very special. The location is close to the stadium for spring training games, great restaurants, and shopping.

The property is just as listed. Kim and Kyle go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. There were drinks in the fridge, breakfast food for the next morning, every possible cooking utensil/Pam etc. the pool is amazing, very clean. The house felt like home…. So comfy I can’t wait to go back!

Very clean and functional. New pots an pans so you can actually fry an egg. Beds are firm which we like. The host adds items to the refrigerator like eggs, bread, miscellaneous drinks and coffee. Don't shop ahead of time; look first. Garage access. Very clean bathroom. We have stayed twice 5 days each time. Host is always available.
