Kitchen with center island leads to open living room with great entertaining space along with 1st and 2nd floor decks. BR 1 is conveniently located on the 1st floor with a queen bed, BRD 2 has a queen bed and BRD 3 has a full bed, bunkbeds and crib. 2 Full baths. All the amenities of home with gas grill, 1st floor laundry, cable, TV, WI-FI, air conditioning, printer scanner, bikes, wet suits, water shoes, etc. Private steps down to beach. All linens and towels provided. Rents from MAY THRU OCTOBER FOR 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, IN 7 NIGHT INCREMENTS: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. RENTS FROM NOVEMBER THRU APRIL FOR 3 NIGHT MINIMUM.
