Charming Colonial in the Heart of Mystic
Charming coastal-chic colonial home in the heart of Mystic, situated in the coveted West Bank Historic District. A quiet road just moments from restaurants and shops, this home away from home affords you an expansive half acre of tranquility with immediate access to all that Mystic has to offer. Enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking the town and peek-a-boo views of Mystic harbor, make the yard your playground, or walk/cycle/drive in minutes to many activities. The house has a fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy meals with your family and friends. On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and it's En suite bathroom which has been fully renovated. The other two bedrooms also have queen beds and an additional "chairfuton" size twin for a young child to sleep on if need to. Those 2 bedrooms will share the second bathroom, which also has been fully renovated. You will have access to Gigabit speed internet which will allow you to work and watch your favorite shows on the smart tv's in the Den or in the Family room. Your teenagers will enjoy spending time in the nautical themed unfinished basement, with 2 sets of bunkbeds, a foosball table and a TV for their enjoyment and a full bathroom with shower.

A native of France, I spent much of my youth in Africa and Spain before relocating to the United States. My husband and I are both of European roots but have lived most of our lives on the East Coast of the United States. We now spend time in Europe, Florida, and this wonderful home in Mystic that we extend to our guests when we are not here. My husband and I speak several languages, so please feel invited wherever you are from.

We set high standards for ourselves and hope you will delight in our comforting home when you are away from yours. A fresh, coastal-chic decor allows you to relax while still having access to all of the vibrant activities in Mystic village and beyond. Boutique shopping, beaches, aquariums, historic museums, and much more are just minutes away, and much is just a quick walk down the road.
