This house has expansive grassy yards that give it a park-like atmosphere in the city, as it is situated on a quarter-acre corner lot. Walk to Walmart, RTD bus stop, and shops on 38th Ave. 7 minute drive to 3 hot neighborhoods (Highlands, Olde Town Arvada, and Sloans/Edgewater)...Or hang out the beautiful covered patio, grill your dinner, and watch some Netflix (free wifi). You'll have this house to yourself with all the comforts of home, so unpack and start having fun!

We truly hope you enjoy your time in them as much as we have.

Why they chose this property

This has been our house for 10 years and we recently began listing it as a furnished rental. The location CANNOT be beat! The historic gold-mining mountain town of Golden is a 13 minute drive away and downtown Denver is 10 minutes away. If you can bring your bicycle (or better yet, motorcycle!) +helmet, you'll ride everywhere on it. Colorado is the number 1 dog-friendliest state, too. This house is listed on Air bnb where you can find our Guest and Dog Guidebooks.
