A perfect place to relax with family and friends! This is our "music home". You'll feel right at home in this updated 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths property with plenty of room with a 3-car garage and basement. Park-like back yard and pet friendly. We love pets and consider them as family members, but please make sure to include pet under pets and not as kids when booking. This home is about 5 minutes drive to Littleton Mineral light rail station. Close to Denver Tech Center. Easy access to downtown Denver, sport stadiums by light rail . Close enough to visit most popular places like Rocky Mountain National park and ski resorts and back in the same day. About 1.5 hours drive to Vail and Breckenridge. Close to Aspen Grove, light rail station, Red Rocks Amphitheater and restaurants. No hidden fees. Easy self check in and check out.

Everything was terrific: check-in, cleanliness, responsiveness of the host. We had a wonderful stay for a few days while visiting family in town and will definitely stay here again when the opportunity comes up.
What a great house and location. We came to CO to go to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert and the house was perfect. About 20 minutes to the venue. Very quiet and a great outside area to relaxing and talk after our day.
Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group of 3 adults — plenty of room to spread out and relax. The primary bedroom was a standout with great closet and drawer space, ideal for an extended stay. We loved the fluffy towels, thoughtful touches, and the peaceful front patio for morning coffee. Located in a great area of Littleton, close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
Great clean, quiet and convenient stay. Comfortable beds and quaint neighborhood. All the amenities one could need or want. Would definately stay again and bring the pup next time. Excellent communication with Hannah.
We loved this property and can’t wait to come back. The floor plan is spread out and has a few options for living spaces so the 6 of us were not feeling crowded at all. It had everything we needed. The Columbine Trail is nearby and was a nice little walk. It’s one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. Very clean.
Great location, big house and big yard. They have an area to keep dogs in and a larger area for them to run around. The house was clean and had anything you would need with grocery stores close by. The only issue was with the WiFi, while using the house WiFi I ran into https issues, if you don’t need WiFi for work this house is perfect. If you do need WiFi for work I was able to connect to an Xfinity hotspot.
Great property with plenty of linens, pots and pans, etc. Host is available for anything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the bbq grill and fenced yard for our small dog. Great neighborhood to take walks in and not far from grocery stores, costco, etc.
The house is nothing fancy, but it is clean and well stocked with the necessary supplies like towels, kitchen stuff, kleenex, fans, etc (some VRBOs skimp on these things!). The host replied quickly. House is easy to find.
Fantastic stay! If you are traveling with a dog this is the place to stay! Check in and out process was incredibly easy. Beds were VERY comfortable. It was a great stay and I would definitely stay again when we are back in the area.
My husband and I are new to VRBO. We have lived in Littleton since 1994 and have been living in this 130-home neighborhood since 2006. I am, by profession, a tax accountant, working for a local CPA firm. My husband is retired from 36 years in aerospace and works part-time as part-time handyman for this property. This property was originally purchased to house visiting family and friends in lieu of adding 2,000 sq. ft at our current home, but the project evolved into an experiment in short-term rental after remodeling and furnishing the home.
