Come and stay at our cozy, fully renovated first condo on the mountain at Bretton Woods Ski Resort and Forest Cottages. Whether it's summer, winter, fall, or spring; our lovely home in Bretton Woods is perfect for a change of scenery and a break from the daily grind.

Our location is unmatched as the first Ski In & Ski Out condo on the mountain and in the perfect spot for skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, fishing, biking, and golfing. Or you can just hang out with your family or friends for a much-needed change of pace from busy city life.

Children are welcome! If you have to take turns skiing to watch your child or you are putting your child in lessons, the beginner trail is in the front yard, thus offering the very best new skier experience. Experienced skiers will love skiing to and from the lifts. We are steps away from the gondola and Lodge Après ski (post skiing party at the Lodge). All of this is nearby so you don't have to worry about a thing.

Due to its convenient location as the first condo on the mountain, this 2100 square feet vacation rental offers sweeping views of the trails, lifts, gondolas, and mountainside all from the kitchen and dining area windows. No matter the season, the home is always flooded with light and sunshine. Since we just put in an HVAC in May 2021, our home is now centrally air-conditioned so you don't have to worry about getting too warm if you visit during the summer.

This part of the house is connected via a deadlocked door to a single-bedroom suite (featuring an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry) that can also be booked. This makes the condo a perfect choice for two visiting families and provides the ability to easily divide the home into two fully functional units. There are two entrances to this gorgeous luxurious condo.
The main entrance to the condo is from the deck which opens into the beautiful living space on the main living level. Another entrance leads to the basement ski room and is ideal for getting right onto the ski slopes that are outside the front door.

This listing is for the 3 levels of the condo which includes 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and a basement that includes a fully equipped game room and an attached ski room. The main entrance of the condo is through a private deck that includes a spacious sitting area fitted with a picnic table for you to enjoy the delicious food you make on the brand-new Weber gas grill provided on the deck.

Enter through the newly installed sliding glass doors into the main living area and relax in the living room in front of the elegant wood-burning fireplace. Or watch your favorite shows on the 55 inches curved Samsung television in the top bedroom.

Enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the dining area while gazing through the window at the spectacular views of the skiers, the gondola, and the ski area footsteps away!

If you prefer to make your own food, the home includes a brand new, fully functional, and complete kitchen with 100% new stainless steel appliances and granite counters with full granite backsplash.

As you end your adventures of the day, your party can enjoy sleeping in any of the 3 bedrooms each of which comes with a full bathroom.

* Bedroom One - Level 1*

The main bedroom is accessible through the living room and is also located on the 1st level. This generous room has a new king-size Kirkland Signature Series Plush bed with luxury hotel sheets and bedding. Like the rest of the house, this room was also fully renovated in 2021, with classic grey paint, restoration hardware sconces and overhead lighting, new carpeting, a desk, blackout blinds when opened allow the sunlight to pour in, and a view of a mountain stream and Mountain Washington through the trees.

* Bedroom Two - Level 2 *

The second bedroom is on the upper level and features twin bunk bedrooms (4 beds), all-new mattresses, and a full-size futon sleeper so a total of 5 people or children can sleep in this room. Like all the other rooms, this room also features central heat and air, temperature control, a new carpet, new paint, a brand-new bathroom, and a lovely, bright skylight. Because this bedroom is on the upper level and has a full bathroom, it is the perfect space for easily separating the kids when the adults want to stay up later and hang out.

* Bedroom Three - Lower Level *
We have recently added a brand new bedroom with a queen bed that sleeps two and a bathroom.

The finished basement with steel beam construction features a game/living room with a large sleeper couch and 55-inch curved flat-screen television. The lower level also features a new kitchenette with basic facilities and a full laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Missing your gym? You don't have to. We have provided dumbbells from 10-60 pounds on-site and a Rogue flat bench for you to keep up with your daily reps. This lower level is a fabulous family game room where our family has enjoyed everything from billiards to ping pong to watching movies! We hope your family has as much fun as we do!

It also has a ski room! You can ski from the trail to the basement entrance to enter and exit this space. Since the condo is a true ski-in/out location, you can just put on your skis and trudge out the door and onto the slope. The entrance uses rubber matting so snow in this room isn't an issue, custom ski racks, benches to get your boots on, plenty of hooks and shelves for all your gear, and an awesome boot and glove dryer, so you can have a warm welcome home on your return. This area also includes a bathroom and a newly installed full laundry room.

Amenities include guest wifi, ski locker, foyer with refrigerator, washer & dryer, microwave, coffee maker, linen and towels, benches, hooks, full bath, brand new carpet, new classic grey paint, plush king-size bed, Pottery Barn headboard, private balcony, brand new television, bedside sconces for reading, new light fixtures & black matte hardware. You can also use the cornhole boards for a bit of fun in the outdoor space.
