Excellent location

Excellent location. Short walk across the bridge to the beach and and good restaurants and entertainment. Nice condo that was comfortable and well stocked to get us started. The entire condo complex was well taken care and very clean and safe.

Enjoyed largo/Indian rocks beach

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to bring my kitty. Lisa was a great host very easy to get a hold of. She responded to our needs quickly. The place had everything you needed. Very close to beaches. It’s right between Clearwater and John’s pass. Would recommend going to Ft. Desoto Park. Lots of fun getting sand dollars

Loved Our Stay

We stayed in Lisa's condo for close to 3 months, during a move from Hawaii to Florida, while waiting for our furniture to arrive from Hawaii. We have nothing but great things to say about this rental. It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It has everything you need to just unpack and start your vacation. Lisa is very easy to work with and super accommodating. The location is very convenient- close to the beach, numerous restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies, short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg. We also spent a fair bit of time at the community pool. It's large enough to do laps and the people we met were very friendly. I also believe that the price is about as good as you will find in the area. If you are considering renting this unit- don't hesistate. Just do it!

Can't Wait to come back! So close to the Sea!

We had an amazing time during our Florida escape! It was a quick 30 minutes from the Tampa airport to the condo. Once there, we found everything we needed to settle in… Alexa speaker, hair dryer, spices, muffin tins, Dyson vacuum, comfy king bed- Lisa even left a dog toy and treats to welcome our pup. It felt like home, only better! Everyone in the community was friendly and offered local tips on where to eat and play. We’d pack up the beach wagon for a day on the gorgeous sugar-sand beach just over the bridge. Walk to Crabby Bill’s for seafood and a fun local scene. Anecdote Brewing Company had beer and yoga, and taco and trivia Wednesdays. The best nights were had sitting by the pool watching the sunsets, then playing tennis in the complex by day. We also loved the Florida Botanical Gardens a mile or so away. Lisa was super responsive and had lots of suggestions. Too much to list! We can’t wait to come back!

We are a family of 5 living in South Tampa, originally from the Chicago suburbs. The beach was calling, and so we went! I'm a veterinarian and a Realtor. Andrew works in professional sports and we love sharing our home and condo with others looking to relax, recharge, or need an inviting temporary homes. Since we have two dogs ourselves, finding a condo that was small pet friendly was important to us.

Why they chose this property

This condo has the best of all worlds. It is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, but is situated in a community where many residents live year round. The first floor makes it ideal for letting out a small pet, there is plenty of parking, a beautiful, waterfront pool, and pickle ball/tennis for enthusiasts.
